What's really stuck out though was how friendly and empathetic they were. We were made to feel completely at ease right from the start, and we trusted them wholeheartedly, which makes such a difference when it comes to something as daunting as buying a house.

Fantastic experience with Ross and Cat! We were introduced to Ross at Envoy Financial through Taylor Wimpey in South Queensferry. Ross spoke to us the next evening after work which was so convenient. Throughout, the whole experience he has been so great to talk to and guided us seamlessly through the process. We had added complications of changing salaries and me being on maternity leave. We’ve been able to keep in touch by WhatsApp chat and Ross and Cat have both been so responsive. We even had a call while on holiday to get things moving. It’s been a great personal service from the team with Ross taking a real interest in us and what we are looking for. We will definitely use the firm again when it comes to renewing our mortgage and for reviewing our life cover etc.
