Chatted with agent to verify what I was about to order would work in my Samsung refrig/freezer. He confirmed that the model and serial number I provided would indeed be the correct filter to order. Ordered three. When they arrived tried to install and they wouldn't work. Instruction indicated that they had a different rotation to lock in place vs what my Samsung required.

Being on a very tight fixed income as a senior citizen I can’t afford to pay almost 100.00 for a refrigerator filter so I was buying bottled water I found this company and ordered scared it wouldn’t fit my fridge. I was so excited turning it into place and it worked. Best filter at less than 10.00. Plus shipping. Never change companies for a filter. I will use them from now on. They really saved us money wise. The frig filter you sent us did not fit our Fisher Paykel. Diameter was larger than original. I want my money back. What you sent was labeled "Replacement for LG"
