The product fit perfectly and was delivered quickly. The price was unbeatable.

It was quite east to navigate the website & determine which filter was necessary for my refrigerator. Shipping was timely and I was kept informed with tracking information.
My only complaint is there was no paperwork included with the filter to describe how to remove the old filter and install the new one. Because this process is done only about every 6 months, it can be difficult to remember how it was done in the past. In my case, this was a task my husband did but he passed away and I had to view several YouTube videos and make 4 or 5 attempts (because some of the videos were inaccurate) before finally succeeding. This also involved my having to climb upon a small 2-step ladder/stool to reach the filter chamber numerous times. Had there been instructions included, I could have accomplished the task with only one climb up the 2-step stool. Not an easy task for a short, 75 year-old.

When I went on their website to look for the same exact product I’ve been buying on Amazon (Allergy) for years, they had the same brand and it was about $8 cheaper and then 15% off, but I had to pay shipping. So it may have been a little less than buying it from Amazon. BUT when i got the product, I expected the product called Allergy but there was NO brand name. Not on the box or the filters. Just the size.
When I am happy with a product that I have been buying for many years, why would I try anything else. If I find it cheaper somewhere else, which is what I thought I was doing, I buy it. But hey, I guess we don’t always get what we pay for. Live and learn. I will not order from them ever again. But when I let them know, this is what they replied back….

We are continually looking for ways to keep costs down, and streamline our production processes so that we may offer our products at the most competitive price. Along these lines, we keep common frame stock across all sizes (so we don’t have to print four separate frames for every efficiency rating). Our filters are tested against the latest ASHRAE Test Standard 52.2 to insure the correct efficiency classification and carry a 1 year purchase guarantee. The efficiency rating is printed on the label found on the outside of the shipping carton. I hope this helps and if you prefer to return the filters we will be happy to assist.

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong refrigerator filters. I called them about returning them and ordering the correct ones. The lady I spoke with took great care of me. I received the correct filters in 3 days. I totally endorse this company and their filters.

These filters are a perfect fit. Same quality material, number of folds, plastic caps.

So I can't speak with experience about longevity yet, however, at this price I can buy a few more sets and still save serious MONEY!

Had what I needed shipped order really fast

The filter cartridges arived on time. However, the pore size is way too big therefore they didn't filter much at all. I had to put my old cartridges back in

I ordered a 20x25x5 filter. When it came it was actual size is 20x25x4.5. I had to shim it cardboard to make it work.

Always perfect! A wonderful company to deal with…I did have the wrong filter shipped to me once, they sent me the correct filters so very quickly! I will continue to use FilterOutlet for my filter needs
