Poor customer service!
I ordered a box of filters and was given a date range when I should receive them. I waited until the last day to contact company that I did not receive them. I checked the tracking status and it went all the way to my state and then headed back to the FilterOutlet.com and was traveling the same direction. Then it said it will be here a week later. I contacted the company and instead of reshipping immediately, they told me to wait until the new shipping date. Well, the new shipping date came and gone and still didn't receive filters. After contacting FilterOutlet.com again, I finally received my order. I was in need of these filters and I told customer service that and being told to just wait, was and is unacceptable. They didn't even to offer a credit or express ship the replacement. Not how to earn my business!
