Just purchased a jacket and moleskin trousers. Excellent quality and workmanship. I did have to exchange the trousers and go up a size and their returns procedure was so simple, l was phoned and told my order was on the way. Excellent customer service and will definitely use them again.

Visited the Strathmiglo shop today for the first time - staff were fantastic - attentive without being intrusive a great selection of clothing and footwear (including discounted lines) and a lovely shop to visit.
I have also purchased from their catalogue before and was happy with both the service and the shoes received.
A company well managed with customer service in mind.

Telephone answered quickly and by a helpful person. Item despatched quickly and on receipt item is as described, fits well and appears to be well made and appropriate for purpose.

What a delight. High quality products at reasonable price. The best bit for me is, the staff on the phone. I'm not confident with ordering online so the people on the end of the phone are important. Everyone I have spoken too have been friendly, professional and so very helpful, it's nearly as good as the old fashioned idea of 'going in the shop'. Can see me ordering more in the future and would highly recommend to anyone. And returns were very easy as paperwork was included with order. Well done

I have been looking for a comfortable waterproof hiking shoe for all round weather conditions, which I have found in Fyfe Country. The Beauly trekking shoe is ideal and a perfect fit for me. They are hard wearing and comfortable to wear at all times. They are smart and can be worn with a variety of clothing. Would recommend to anyone.

Its a top quality company with no gimmicks and you get great quality for your money.I have just replaced my Balmoral slippers after 3-4 years ware > I am sure the replacement will be every bit as good as the old ones. I love dealing with this company.

I bought one and then another four micro-fleece lined country shirts, I was very impressed with the quality and it really does keep you a lot warmer than I expected, once you have worn one you will buy more, a very low price for quality product, will be buying more from this high standard Co, also delivery very quick
