SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a 20m2 microcement kit for €326. It arrived via GLS. First, it arrived in just one box, which I looked at and thought, "This can't be it!" When I opened it, it contained the primer kit, etc., but the microcement arrived in only one 3kg bag, when it should have been about 100kg. I took a photo and complained by email, as that's their only contact information! They replied that they would analyze the matter, and this response continued for three weeks. I was already fed up, and I said I would file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. They replied that they had my signature confirming I had received the order, and they did nothing more. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

My paint arrived damaged and got send back by the transportation company in june. Since then I am trying to get back my money. Now its september! I am getting the answer, that they are working on refunding...

Very disappointing experience
At first my order with Ferber Painting seemed to be going fine, even though it already took 4 weeks before it was finally shipped. Unfortunately, the package was then returned for unknown reasons and never reached me.
I contacted customer support through the chat, but every time I only receive the same generic reply that they are “looking into it.” After weeks of waiting, I requested a refund, but this also seems to be a huge challenge. Again, I only get the same repetitive answers and still haven’t received my money back.
Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot recommend ordering here until they improve their communication and actually resolve issues in a timely manner.

SCAM! 100 times higher price! Wrong adress!
I ordered water repellent for sofa in the middle of August 2025. Nothing happend after two weeks so I contacted customer service and canceled the order. Customer service confirmed the cancellation and request of refund. However, I received a confimation of the order with 100 times higher price a week after!!! Yes, they miss the decimal and send me an confirmation email with 100 times higher price of the order!
I wrote to the customer service again and they replied that they will handle this. Guess what, after three days I received an email from Packeta, a delivery company, that my order is on delivery, upon that, to a WRONG ADRESS!!!! This is pure shit!

6 Weeks of Waiting, No Product, Huge Overcharge
I bought a paint, and after 2 weeks it still wasn’t sent. I kept writing to them, and every time I just got the same empty excuse: “we’re working hard to send it asap.” Six weeks later, instead of finally receiving my order, they sent me a wrong invoice for 30 TIMES the actual price—despite the fact that I had already paid! This is absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t have something in stock, update your website and stop wasting people’s time. Making customers wait for months. I STILL haven’t received the product yet.
I regret ever ordering here and warn others to stay away.

Avoid this company, they are scammers. On 27/07 ordered a cleaner with "express delivery". Then for 2 weeks still no shipping confirmation, so I cancelled the order. They confirmed the refund within 5 days, but 2 weeks passed and still no money arrived. Suddenly on 27/08 they emailed me that my refund was rejected and shipped the order which I no longer needed. They lie all the time. Do not waste your time and money with them.

Selling microcement kits with no recognised packaging and no instructions
I bought a micro cement kit and it came with no instructions on the mixing ratios. I emailed the company and they sent me data sheets on two of the products within the kit but again there was no mixing instruction. When I pushing them further they eventually came back and said that they don’t provide instructions as they only sell products to professionals with experience of the product. Never see your money back
I bought tile paint from them, but when it arrived, it was very watery and couldn't be applied to the tiles because it ran off the surface. I contacted the company, sending several photos and videos of the product, but after two months and 34 emails back and forth, they told me they wouldn't refund my money because the department refused to accept my complaint. Don't buy from them; they're the worst company. Check the reviews first. There are many companies with much better customer service. So be careful, if you buy a product and it doesn't work, you'll never get your money back.

Fake company, product arrived with items missing and no instructions (micro cement). The items that did arrive had no labels and looked very amateur. Tried emailing the company and got the runaround, they respond in different languages until you give up. Lots of professional company’s out there, don’t waste your money with these scammers.

This company takes your money and produces a invoice with a tracking number I waited more than 6 weeks for the delivery
then when it did only one third of the delivery came to add to the upset it came 🙈 damaged i did more than 50 emails with no concrete solution trying to get information but always getting 0 resolution
They kept thanking me for my patience well I now have none
They were given so many chances to rectify the problem but did not
I asked for a full refund and they refused to reply fortunately I paid through credit card which I had to apply to get refund
my advice to anyone stay away from this company do not be drawn into their promise of 24/7 customer service or 24hr delivery or 3/7 day delivery
they take your money then treat you disgracefully they say I am a isolated case well I know for a fact this is a lie one of many I may add

Ik ben bang dat ik er ook ben ingtuind. Normaal gesproken check ik eerst "revieuws", onfortuinlijk dat deze keer niet gedaan. Dat drukt me toch maar weer eens met de neus op de feiten, om dat toch eerst maar eens te doen. 1 Week na de bestelling niets ontvangen, contact gezocht (via Live Chat). Men neemt contact op via mijn mail adres. Maar ik ben bang dat het dus echt niets gaat worden, dus met andere woorden : OPGELICHT. Mensen doe niet zoals ik, CHECK de revieuws !!!!!! Mijn geld ben ik natuurlijk kwijt, verdorie. UPDATE: Toen plotseling na 2 weken toch de bestelling ontvangen. Gelijk uitgeprobeerd (volgens hun 15 ml/l water). Na 3 dagen niets te zien, het onkruid groeit welig door. De koe bij de horens gevat en het spul (ik denk dat het gewoon schoonmaak azijn is, het ruikt nl. zo) PUUR gespoten. Het zal nu wel enig effect gaan hebben, MAAR een kannetje schoonmaak azijn bij de supermarkt is vele malen goedkoper, dan bij dit bedrijf Glyfosaat (vervanger) kopen. Dus mensen wees gewaarschuwd voor FERBER PAINTING.
I'm afraid I've been duped. Normally, I check reviews first, but unfortunately, I didn't this time. This just makes me face the facts again, and I should do that first. A week after ordering, I hadn't received anything. I contacted them (via Live Chat). They contacted me via my email address. But I'm afraid it's not going to work, so in other words: SCAMMED. Don't be like me, CHECK the reviews!!!!!! Of course, I lost my money, damn it. UPDATE: Then, suddenly, after two weeks, I finally received the order. I tried it right away (according to them, 15 ml per liter of water). After three days, nothing, and the weeds were growing wildly. I took the bull by the horns and sprayed the stuff (I think it's just cleaning vinegar, because that's what it smells like) PURELY. It'll probably have some effect now, BUT a can of cleaning vinegar from the supermarket is much cheaper than buying glyphosate (a substitute) from this company. So people, be warned about FERBER PAINTING.

No refund after 11 weeks
I ordered 2 tins of Stone varnish at a cost of £49.80. The shipping cost was £11.47, total cost £61.27. When it arrived 16 days later, the package was soaked with the varnish. One of the lids had lifted off the tin and leaked some of its contents into the packaging. I did not accept the package and the delivery driver took it back with him
I gave Ferber the opportunity to send a replacement package but after 49 days (7 weeks) I asked for a refund.
I've received various apologies for the inconvenience and my frustration and told the refund will be dealt with shortly but now, day 77 (11 weeks) after I purchased it and 18 e-mails later, I still have not received a refund. This is despite their web-site saying Money-back guarantee
I will never use this company again
