Very bad experience

Very bad experience with Ferber Painting.
I purchased products from their online store within the European Union, and they turned out to be of very poor quality and different in color from what was advertised. I filed a complaint and requested a refund, but the company refuses to return my money, offering only a voucher to be used again on their website.

I have explained several times that, according to the EU Directive 2011/83 on Consumer Rights, the seller is obliged to refund the amount using the same means of payment, unless the consumer explicitly agrees otherwise. I never agreed to receive a voucher.

More than four weeks have passed since my request, and I still have not received the refund. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but it also violates European consumer protection law.

I do not recommend buying from Ferber Painting, especially if you live in the European Union. The company does not respect consumer rights and fails to provide proper after-sales service.

I have reported this case to the European Consumer Centre in Spain (CEC España) so that they can intervene in accordance with EU law.

I want to update my previous review for…

I want to update my previous review for clarity. After I first shared my experience, Ferber Painting tried to flag my review as “defamatory” to have it removed. When that didn’t work, they posted a public apology asking for my order details.

I provided all the requested information again — yet nothing has been done. I still have no product, no refund, and no real follow-up.

It’s clear their public replies are just for appearance, not to solve problems. Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience.

This company must be an absolute scam…

Update: A lady from the company contacted me and kept in touch until the product has arrived last week but that was after aprox 2 months. Now will see how good the paint is and if the waiting worth it.

This company must be an absolute scam and humiliating their customers. I am so upset that I cannot express in words. I placed my order on September 25 and my product did not arrive. I had to tell them go speak with the courier because my product din not move from the status created since I placed the order. I have exchanged 41 emails with them, each time someone is apologising and providing evasive answers that make absolutely no sense. I requested my money back multiple times since I cannot have the product and since I gave them so much time and been so patient and still they are refusing to give me my money back so I can buy a similar product from a local market. I really needed this product and that is why I showed understanding but my patience is long gone and I am extremely frustrated and exhausted by the back and forth. I am making online orders for many years in Europe as well as outside of it and never in my life encountered something like that. They want to give me a promotional code on their website to use it for another time instead of returning my money back like a serious and professional company would do, but what I m I supposed to do with that code how can I trust them again to buy products from them? Never again. As I said in the beginning they are holding off my money without having a single right. I feel humiliated and robbed. Please avoid at all cost if you care for your hard worked money.

SCAM

Tried to exchange my order 2 minutes after purchasing as I made a mistake. Customer service replied straight away saying its not possible so I asked to cancel my order to which they said was not possible. Paint arrived 10days later and was as thin as water (no it didnt need mixing as I poured it into a separate tin to check). Even the label on the tin was dodgy and reviews on the website are clearly fake. DO NOT PURCHASE

SCAM!!!

I ordered a tile paint and received a gray-colored water instead. When I filed a complaint, they said they would replace it, but it turned out to be just a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

i don't recomendet

My order arrived after a long wait, but for two months they haven't been able to issue a correct invoice. I've contacted them multiple times, and they always give me the same message: "We'll send it soon," and still nothing.

Do not buy from this company

Purchased road paint.in white from them. Recieved two weeks later only to be sent clear paint. After numerous emails for at least 5 days they assured me the right item was processing and they would send me the proper one. Then the communication just stopped and completely ignore emails now with no replacement paint sent. Would not purchase from this company

Totally incompetent

Totally incompetent! I received the ordered product after 3 weeks and they sent me a wrong invoice. They couldn't find my payment, they asked for the details that they had also sent me by email. The order being on the company, I needed the correct invoice for the paid product. It's been 1.5 months already and they are not able to send me the correct invoice. I have exchanged over 50 emails with them without any result, every time they lie to me that they will send immediately, which has not happened until today. Definitely to be avoided!

I bought an item from them for 280 Danish kroner with GLS shipping and they withdrew the money from my account immediately after 1 minute after I ordered my item and I also heard nothing from them until I wrote to them myself after a week that I wanted my money refunded and I could get that, the FAKE EMPLOYEE said and I filled out a refund form and sent it to them and they were supposed to send me my money back but nothing happened as the weeks went by and I talked to at least 10 different FAKE EMPLOYEES who promised and promised and promised and promised that the money was on its way back to my bank account but nothing happened then all of a sudden I got an email from them with a bill for 8000 Danish kroner and a GLS link to a package of 1 kg and the item I ordered was 5 kg so I cancelled that package with GLS post company and they got their package back again and they promised me that I would probably get my money refunded week after week but nothing happened then all of a sudden I got I received an email again that my refund had not been approved so never buy anything from them as it is a

Tree stomp remover, waste of money

Bought a bottle of tree stomp remover, two months later the tree is re growing healthily. Instructions say to dilute granules but bottle content is basically water.
Besides a very late delivery this product is a con, total waste of money, supposed to kill up to twenty stoms but a whole bottle actually managed to make a 15cm wide stomp re grow.... stay away.

I received an incorrect item

I received an incorrect item, which was also damaged. I have attempted multiple times to contact the store via email (as they do not provide a phone number) regarding how the defective item could be returned and refunded. Unfortunately, they have stated that they reject the refund without providing any local justification.

The store delivers damaged products and then refuses to provide any warranty or solution. Their promise of “100% satisfaction” on the website is clearly empty words.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a 20m2 microcement kit for €326. It arrived via GLS. First, it arrived in just one box, which I looked at and thought, "This can't be it!" When I opened it, it contained the primer kit, etc., but the microcement arrived in only one 3kg bag, when it should have been about 100kg. I took a photo and complained by email, as that's their only contact information! They replied that they would analyze the matter, and this response continued for three weeks. I was already fed up, and I said I would file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. They replied that they had my signature confirming I had received the order, and they did nothing more. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Company is not refunding my money…
