instead of paint, they delivered cloudy water and then refused to communicate

I wish I looked at these reviews or their social media comments before buying… I ordered two tile paints, they arrived very quickly to Denmark from the Czech Republic. I opened them and there’s no paint in there, just some see through liquid what dries like a top coat for a nail varnish.
I’ve been contacting them, not a single answer for any emails, I got one answer on the online chat saying the product must have been damaged during transport because they are sensitive and perishable (like what, the pigment disappears and becomes a clear liquid?) and that they will send a replacement in the shortest possible timeframe. No answer ever since, no refund, nothing… don’t waste your money on this, I’m hoping my bank can delete the charges after showing proof of the product and their lack of communication and help.

Really terrible service - product ordered and paid for on November 20, 2025 still nothing received at December 11, 2025 so followed up and was told I will get an update soon. One month later ....nothing

I ordered sofa water repellent 5 liter.
Afther getting suspicious about the company and the liquid i did a test on a cloth and it did not repel water meanwhile i was waiting for over a month and had my complete sofa protected

Excellent product solved our issue

Ordered gel consistency paint remover, received turpentine. Customer support said they'd help but are ignoring me. Avoid st all costs.

If I could give zero stars i would. I wish i had checked reviews before ordering the product! I ordered the 5L gel paint stripper. Product arrived, 5 L of what I assume is terpentine. NOT a gel, evaporated within seconds and did NOTHING to the paint. Complained and I got sent another 5L, thought perfect this time they must have it right, but NO, i just received another 5L of terpentine.
The first time I was offered a voucher, said just send me the correct product, they didnt.
The website says money back if not 100% satisfied, well now I am less than 0% satisfied. Waiting for a new response, but from what I have seen here, I am not golding my breath. I am just relieved I didnt end up buying the 25L

Great product delivered quickly.My softener was totally clogged but 2 x 500 cl doses of cleaner sorted it out. The softener is now working as good as new.

Results of tile varnish is horrible.
Now I have to all and it’ll cost

Cause this tile varnish does not
even stay in tiles.
It’s like broken class and it looks horrible.
Please don’t get any products from this fake company.
No money return and only what they offer was: Pay €5 and you’ll get new varnish or they offer voucher to get something else product.

The product is not what they claim it to be. I don’t understand why they even bothered to send it. They could have just kept the money and saved everyone’s time and resources.

Scam company, does not return your money back. The paint is just black water. Don't order anything from them.

Your website promised shortterm delivery in 3-4 days. I ordered on nov 9th, 3 weeks later I still haven't received anything.....except for useless excuses.
Either you make sure I get my order in the coming days or you give refund. I don't want a voucher, I will definitely never buy anything again.
This is not serious and honest behavior towards a customer.

1 star for customer service. I bought fabric hardener on now 13th. Did NOT get a confirmation email or ordrenummer so when I had not seen anything on the 22nd, I started to email them. They asked for an ordernumber, which I couldn’t give them since I never got it. I paid by mobile pay. Then they wanted my email address, which was the one I was writing from. I gave it anyway. Then they wanted another email address from me, I don’t know why, but I gave it. Then a 3rd person wanted my original email address again and y then I complained! Why can’t they see my order from my name, phone number or address?
Anyway all of the sudden I got the product. I have now tried it, and it does not really work the first time you dip, but when I dipped the second time I got harder.
I guess they still don’t know I even got the product 🤷🏻‍♀️. Worst customer service.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 5l Paint Stripper Gel. Ferber sent a container with Paint Stripper labels but filled with turpentine (white sprit). After complaining they offered a voucher that can only be used in their web shop. This is against EU Distance Sales rules (Refund, Repair or Replace. Check out the European Union Consumer Sales Directive for Distance Sales. After rejecting the voucher they offered to send the correct Paint Stripper. 8 weeks and still waiting.
