I called and was advised I wasn’t…

I called and was advised I wasn’t activated when YALLL TOOOK MY MONEY ON 11/18 and the activation team is no help and the customer service saying I have to make a payment again?!?! No one is giving me answers as to why I got charged 11/18 and honestly already a bad experience and I do not like this at all and not satisfied at all.

FRAUDSTERS BEWARE

Firstly Shame on you for stealing hard owned money of people. This is a fraudulent company which gathers your information from various sources in case you have recently purchased a used car and baits you through a fake letter creating this sort of urgency that you need activate the warranty as soon as possible. They dont give you any receipt or acknowledgements of any products they sell through an email, even after cancellation they dont process any refund nor send an email receipt of cancellation. I am even surprised to see any 3+ ratings here , definitely they purchased them

You contacted us to set up a policy on your vehicle. You in return called and cancelled your policy in which we honored. We also refunded the down payment to you.

Scam-third party

Pretended to be affiliated with my car dealership and tricked me into thinking this was the same warranty I had with dealership. I had one agent hang up on me when I stated that they had been deceptive.
