The person I spoke with was super nice. However, I have coverage on my vehicle, factory coverage. So I didn't need this. I signed up for it with the understanding I would be reimbursed if I changed my... See more

My experience was great bc the people and manager helped me out so genuinely nicely and answered all my questions and made me understand better what was even happening. I think her name was Lo and she was great and very knowledgeable and the first person I talked to was helpful as well!!!
The professionalism and a great information they gave me for my new vehicle
I think for the price we have to pay for deductibles and monthly payments it should pay for everything, its just to expensive for cars, houses, insurance, warranties and anything else I forgot to mention, they should go back to the old cars before everything went electrical!
The man I talked to knew what he was doing and he helped me.
J.T. made me feel like he cared about me and my needs rather than simply trying to sell me a plan. He provided excellent customer service.
I purchased a NEW 2026 vehicle which has an EXTENDED warranty 'baked' into my deal. Also, the vehicle has a FACTORY 10yr/100,000 Mile power train warranty. I keep getting letters from Fenix Protect (although nothing in the mailing has their name or address/only a phone # , very suspicious). The letter states that you MUST call to keep your FACTORY WARRANTY in effect!!! It's a lie, but I did call to find out who these people are & to get off the mailing list. Found the address on line. I suggest you forget about Fenix Protect - I'll be calling the dealer to find out how they got my information which I signed NOT TO SHARE.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! We currently hold extended vehicle coverage on our 2022 Ford Expedition Max through Black Diamond, their vehicle coverage umbrella company.
Let me start by saying, we have had this coverage for 1.5 years and have never have had to use it.
We now have submitted our first claim this year as we were hit with an internal A.C leak behind the dash. We took it directly to Ford. And this company is refusing to cover not even half of the cost. They are rude. Completely disrespectful. Refuse to work with us. Just states it is what it is. They even wanted us to use a dang 3rd party manufacturer part....in a brand new 2022 Expedition. Just ridiculous.
We have waisted our time and money, and are writing this so you don't have to do the same. Do not go with this company!! This is your warning.
THIS COMPANY MAILED ME AND TOLD ME I HAD TO GET THEIR HOME WARRANTY ASAP THEY ARE A SCAM!
Incredibly shady company. Letter inviting me to their program was unmarked, did not have their name and I assumed it was from my car's original dealer. Was told on the phone I could cancel anytime and also would receive information in the mail about my purchase. I did not ever recieve these items, and my recent attempt to cancel was met with incredibly aggressive pushback from the people I spoke to on the phone attempting to guilt me into staying with them and attempting to make me feel like it was my fault for regretting my purchase. When I finally convinced them to let me cancel, they refused to send a confirmation email and I'm not sure if they actually cancelled my policy or not. Do not under any circumstance work with these people, they only want to squeeze money out of you and take advantage of those like myself who were not as informed as they should have been.

The person we talked to told us what we needed to know to be able to get help with our Toyota 4Runner in the future if we need any car repairs. He answered questions we had where we could take our vehicle for repairs. We were satisfied with our phone conversation.
I don’t have a vehicle or a driver’s license. Don’t send me anymore invoices or promotions
If you have any warranties with me, cancel them.

I ended up not getting an Ext. Warranty at the time being, therefore I cannot speak about the product. I will however speak about the quality of service. Fenix Protect has a great customer service. I think what stood out here was the great communication. The workers are empathetic and professional, very supportive in finding ways to work with you on your given situation.
