We recently bought a new car and got coverage on that car and then I received a letter saying I need to activate it and we thought it was the coverage for the car that we had already paid for and it wasn’t It was a third-party, but they lead us to believe that they were part of our protection that we had already paid for. Instead of just asking if we had protection on the car already. So when I went to cancel it eventually after trying to get me to continue to keep the coverage after already had coverage originally from my dealer they kept going on and on and finally they canceled so waiting to see if I’ll get my money back that I put down so they definitely say things that you want to hear. Never got to use the service so not sure if that would’ve been beneficial or not, but just didn’t like them not being honest in the beginning.

Great customer service and everything was quick and easy
I liked the person that I dealt with very much. She was well qualified for her position. Fast to answer questions and very informed about all aspects regarding the requirements of mine and Fenix Protect.
They were very patient and guided me in the right direction on everything that was covered
I thought that this was GM asking me for extended warranty. We deal with people who do not accept anything but GM warranties.

Didn’t explain anything just took a payment and after she went in detailed after I asked a question. It was all confusing then I tried to cancel everything and they kept on giving me reasons in why I should keep the plan but they weren’t listening to me at all at the end I agreed but I’m planning on canceling this plan because like I told them I can’t afford it even with the discount they offered

I tried to cancel it but the person always try to talk me into keep the insurance even I don’t use the car anymore. They even said “ I don’t think that you don’t own the vehicle you just have problem with the cost” in what position are you in to talk about my life?? Really weird vibe from the sales and their tone is always very insincere. Hard to trust and have respect for company that use people like this. Disappointed and made me very uncomfortable while talking Every Single Time. They always started with “ can I be honest with you” and would suggest me to keep the policy because I already paid a certain amount. I do not like to argue with people but they have pushed me to my edge, I don’t want the policy and can’t cancel it for months. I don’t think the customer need to give them any personal life details just because I want to cancel it!!! I should cancel whenever I want , what am I? Getting held hostage by a damn warranty company now? they don’t care about your family or your life, they just want your money. And besides all this, the first mail I received from them had very urgent and pushy tone, it never was a pleasant experience

It was a young man named William that helped me customer service was very nice and like I told him that I would have service with y'all by Friday and he did get in contact with me he kept his word like I kept my word so I'll be very happy to see how this outcome would be with this company
I need to update my payment arrangement. And I never received no policy through y'all.
Their sales tactic is aggressive. The salesperson I talked to let me believe they were calling on behalf of a dealership. I don't need the coverage but I felt I had to get it "based on the loan" I had. Talk about a deceitful sales. People getting new cars be more than I was and look at this option if you really need it but you don't need to have them.
The customer representative was informing of the policy and understanding of what i was looking for as a peace of mind policy that sold itself. I'm so glad I called this number first. I'm set for another 100.000 miles with this black diamond policy. Thank you so much.
