Don’t buy from this company - nothing arrived and reluctant to refund… waste of time

Gave a full refund after my item was lost in shipping

I ordered a shirt and it took ages for the shirt to arrive.
I had trouble figuring out where the packet was on the tracking site. However FC Retro customer service came through and everything worked out.

I recently purchased 2 shirts for my lad foe Christmas, great service, and very helpful upon an email requesting information 😊 thanks u so much guys my son it going to be very happy opening these Christmas day 😊

Its good but i not buying again

I bought the ac Milan CL final shirt on 8/9 and i didn’t get a email until I contacted them. It arrived finally on 9/3
The quality is good but they are not the best at communicating.

Ordered a club americas top 3 weeks ago and still nothing, customer service very poor no communication at all from the company, would be quicker going back to 1996 and buying the top brand new

Great quality of shirts, great customer service!!

This company is the only company who sells the real shirts of the football players we all loved when we where younger.

I ordered 2 shirts and wish I’d ordered more! They are great quality and bring back amazing memories. The size advice on the website is spot on (it suggests you go one size up). The shirts came a little bit quicker than I expected so that was a great bonus. The customer service team are super helpful too. I’m going to order some more and start a bit of a collection as I love them so much!

- Quality of jersey is ok.
- Size-wise it’s terrible. Ordered 2 kits (XL,2XL). How is it possible the XL is much bigger than the 2XL? The 2XL jersey feels like an L. Very upset about it since it means I’ll have to buy something else for the person who was receiving they jersey as a gift.

On another note:

- Extremely poor customer support journey. And I mean really poor. This is coming from someone who works in Customer Support Quality Assurance.
- Jerseys arrived late ( at some stage I feared they wouldn’t arrive at all).

Terrible customer service and ordering experience. Don't waste your money

I submitted an order on 8/22 and received a shipping confirmation on 8/25. Like others here -- I assumed shipping was delayed and their guidance makes it clear to not contact them with shipping questions

(straight from an automated email reply -- "LEASE DO NOT CONTACT US WITH SHIPPING QUERIES
Please hold back from contacting us with shipping queries until the estimated shipping times as per our website have elapsed. We are extremely busy at this time and do not have the capacity to reply to shipping queries. Everything you need to know is explained in this email.)"

A full month later and my order still said it was in transit. I contacted FC Retro, who informed me that they actually provided an incorrect shipping number. When I clicked on the new number, it said my jersey arrived over 2 weeks ago. Yet it was nowhere to be found. When I reached out to FC Retro for support, their reply was to contact USPS for assistance.

Based on other reviews here, they take little ownership over shipping issues -- FC Retro's response to every critical review on this site is telling the customer they are wrong

After one month waiting for the jersey, the only answer i get is not to contact them and a copy paste of their shipment FAQ with the time frames (that they have widely surpassed) The shipping company informs me that the merchandise is yet to be handed by FC Retro, so it is not even on transit.
FC Retro seems to be a shady company.

Ordered a brazil rivaldo shirt, it took 20 days but came as expected. I assume its from somewhere in Asia as the shirt was made in Thailand. Shirt is very good and is exactly what i ordered. Size is good too and fits true to size. Logos are excellent, will order again 10/10 A+

Top took a while to come was worried that it wouldn’t they told me it would but can’t complain got the top and is good quality

Well I bought a 96/97 Maldini Jersey and a 06/07 Kaká Jersey, I love the feeling of them, and will absolutely buy from them again, though it did take 1-2 Days more than what the expected shipping times are.

Shocking. It’s been almost a month now since I ordered My Brazil Ronaldo shirt and still haven’t received it I live in the Uk yet it still took 10 days to dispatch it even though it says 2-5, as well as it’s been around another 10 days from when it got dispatched and Royal mail still hasn’t received it. Really disappointing

Very helpful customer service. Understanding when I needed to return a jersey after not wearing it.

Quality was excellent, accurate to sizing, badges were really good. Shipping was slow but worth the wait.

Great customer service, i ordered a jersey and it was too small I was very well assisted on exchanging this for a bigger size. Nice jerseys too, good quality.

I havent recieved my t-shirt jet, so cant really tell about the quality.
But I have waited for 1 month now. And today I recieved a bill / customs duty: I have to pay more than 33% on top of what I have allready paid for the t-shirt, almost all of it is fee.
I feel so sorry for the Brits, but Im not gonna buy anything from GB again.
Stupid tuition for something i ought to know
