Hello Fc retro. I just recieved my package of two footballs tees.

The Retro Real Betis Shirt 1995-97 Home, wich is in a really nice quality. 5 out of 5 stars for that shirt.

and i recieved a

Retro Juventus Shirt 1996-97 Home. However, this Shirt isnt in a very good qaulity and you guys made a printing error. It does not look like the one on your website. It has an italian logo underneath the two starts, and a dart looking cirkle in green, white and red under the kappa logo. I am not satisfied with this error as it dosent look very nice. I would like to get at refund on The juventus shirt.

Customer service was on point. As everyone knows, the relationship you have with each individual customer is what drives loyalty. The guys have been super helpful and speedy in their response to my questions. Great garms too - thanks guys

Poor quality and horrible customer service.
I bought a Real Betis jersey, which took 2,5 weeks to arrive. After one wash, the print came off and their customer service refused me a refund or another solution.
Buy your jersey elsewhere!

STAY AWAY SCAM SITE. If I knew this was a Chinese site I'd never had ordered. Of course jersey is too small. These little people don't understand what a 2xl is. Also the number and lettering are wrong. The worst 50 euro I've ever spent. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I ordered from abroad (Germany). They were on time, the customer service is super quick to respond. I would definitely recommend.

Great customer service, the product arrived on time just as planned and communicated on the website (just on time for a birthday present). The quality seems very good (although this shall be measured with time and washings), at least my birthday boy seems very happy about it!!

Had a event coming up so i wanted to look properly, and lets just say i wasn’t sure if the shirts we’re going to get here on time, as an impatient person i panic and the team reassures me that everything is going to be okay. And they came right on time. Once again thank you to the Team at FC retro for your patience and the shirts are amazing!

Got the Argentina 86 shirt. Beat version I’ve ever seen. It’s class. Good customer service too when I had a question about the delivery too. Highly recommend.

Great communication, everything went smoothly, I was a bit worried, because my package was delivered after 3 weeks, but i understand, because it was delivered to poland. Shirt quality is great, gonna shop there again (Liverpool shirt would be a nice addition)

I bought the retro Dutch shirt and followed the instructions stated to go a size bigger than you would normally, which I am glad I did as the shirt fits great. The shirt came 8 days after ordering which was the stated time for delivery while the customer service was great with efficient replies when I enquired about this.

Will be looking again in the future and will be recommending to friends.

Scam of a company. Holds no accountability for sending wrong and fake products. Bought an Inter Milan jersey, it was blue with brown stripes and collar when it’s supposed to be black stripes and collar. Asked them about it, they said the colour is correct and they won’t issue a prepaid return label for their incompetence.

I bought 5 Neymar Jerseys last week and I have tried to email their CS to ask about timeframe and it’s the wrong email linked on their instagram I cannot get in touch

I came across the FC Retro website and after some deliberation, ordered two shirts (Milan Maldini 3, Inter Ronaldo 9).

Regarding delivery: They arrived exactly 2 weeks after ordering. The shirts are dropshipped and manufactured in the far east, so that is on the faster side of typical (I'd usually anticipate a slightly longer wait). I received a tracking code when my parcel arrived in the country, and delivery fell within the advised time frame on the website.

Regarding the shirts: Ultimately, there's no substitute for the real thing. These replicas come close, but are by no means perfect. Side by side with the originals, one shirt is pretty good, but the other has visually noticeable discrepancies with the badges/ sponsor, so I can understand the polarised reviews. If you have a keen eye for detail, you'll need to manage your expectations.

To less discerning eyes however, if you're gifting a piece of football nostalgia, or looking for something fun to wear at your weekly 5-a-side, these shirts will absolutely tick those boxes. They are cut and fit more like contemporary replica shirts, rather than the looser style of their 90s counterparts. Ordering a size up is also a must, as recommended on the website. (Large fits as a UK medium).

Tl;Dr: I'm satisfied with my order. For the price I'd expect higher attention to detail and consistency across the products to award the full 5 stars. However, I like the company concept and could be tempted to order again in future. Thanks FC Retro!
