Fat face kept me informed of the progress of my order. It was ready as promised. Very easy to collect and the sweater is just what U wanted.

Delivery issues
I had several issues with delivery of the item, which did not arrive on the date specified. I was promised delivery over the weekend. Still no parcel. I was then given conflicting dates. Positively the team at Fat Face were lovely and did their best to resolve the situation.

Poor communication and surprise refund
Placed an order, received an email to say it was delayed. Nothing for a few days then received a refund without an explanation. Several hours later an email was sent saying that my order had been cancelled. One of the items is definitely in stock still. Couldn't be bothered to check of the other item was on stock. Doubtful that I will be buying anything from here again

Poor quality
First time ordering and I was disappointed with the quality. The buttonhole on the trousers hadn’t been sewn. I bought them in the sale but would have sent them back if I had paid £70 for them.
