Travelling to Lichfield is a great get out for me and my partner, it a great place to walk around and relax, grab a coffee and a bite to eat.
My wife's natural habitat is a clothing shop lol. In particular the Fat Face store in Lichfield.
She sadly has some mobility issues and uses a wheelchair.
The staff at Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield are kind friendly and welcoming, nothing seems to be any trouble to the staff whatsoever.
I would recommend the chain of stores to anyone.
The stores are nicely presented, immaculately clean and set out.
There are reqular sales to snatch that item you don't nessarily need but WANT ANYWAY LOL.
The clothing is well made and fabrics of good quality.
Keep up the good work folks.

Perfect jumper for autumn and winter
Easy to place order and a location close by to collect, the staff member was very polite when I collected the jumper. Ordered a size 14 my normal size and for me it was perfect, I would be able to wear a thin top underneath if I wanted. Feels nice and soft and I love the embroidery detail on the jumper. Now put away until Autumn.
