Thank you very much Maxxi and Sarah for your lovely and helpful customer service. I find finding jeans boring and a headache but Sarah and Maxxi got me sorted out with a lovely pair in no time and made it a fun, positive experience. Nothing was too much trouble and I am so happy with them my jeans I can not wait to go out and wear them. Maxxi and Sarah are only young but they are beautifully mannered and sweet. Very helpful staff nothing was to much trouble for them. I was in a wheelchair and it was lovely that the staff actually was asking me what I wanted and not asking my caret it was so nice to have someone to ask me and not talk as if I wasn’t there so thank you to the wonderful staff in Cribbs causeway that works on Tuesday

Online order to click and collect was easy to use. Quick reminder to collect and fast collection in store due to a very efficient filing system according to the shop assistant! Great quality leather belt. Only query would be to give the belt width as part of the product info online.

Worth trying alternatives
I was in the Bristol area and called in the cribbs causeway branch. Found the top I had seen online but didn’t have my size. So the lady there offered to order it for me which she did. However I had a message from fat face stating problems with your system and not available to order. However I did order it with marks and Spencer online a few days later.

Having bought t shirts previously size was not a problem and the website showed the images well to allow me to select the items I wanted.
Communication was good so I was able to collect at a convenient time for me.

Shorts
Ordered a pair of shorts that were in the sale, didn’t want to pay postage so asked for them to be sent to my local Fatface store. I was kept unto date with delivery information and collected them with no problems, tried them on in the store and was very happy with them.
