Shady methods, don't buy here, you'll get scammed

I purchased the Full Option Billy V8 bike with hydraulic brakes, but received the one with regular and damaged squeeling brakes.

When I reached out to Dennis, (their seller) he assured me that he would send the correct brakes and provide compensation for the inconvenience. However, I never received them. Every attempt to contact Dennis about this issue has been met with silence and disregard.

About a week ago, I reached out directly to the company regarding this issue, but have not received any response from them either.

Additionally, Dennis initially assured me that I could register the bike as a regular bike with the insurance company, rather than as a fat bike. However, I later discovered that this was not the case, and the company would not cover me in the event of theft.

In conclusion, it appears that this company will say anything to make a sale, even providing incorrect information, and then fail to address issues when they arise. As a result of this whole ordeal, I have no choice but to seek legal counsel, as the company's actions have caused me financial harm.

Unreachable

The phone number provided on their websites has changed, and the new number appears to be fake. They are not responding to emails at all. No one is reaching out to you. I bought a bicycle and need to cancel it. They still haven't processed my refund.

Edit 1: Currently, I have only received an email stating that my money will be refunded. I will update this message.

Good quality, easy communication

I did not know that much about these types of bikes, but when I tried one of my friends, I wanted one too. I saw an ad and contacted them to ask some questions. They were very prompt and helpful. When I called them to see whether or not I could see try them and we made an appointment the next day. The guy I spoke to was a very nice gentleman, so I was convinced to get one. Fifteen minutes after trying the bike, I bought and and rode it home.
Communication was very good, price-point was good and the bike is pretty qualitative. Overall a great company to buy from.

So Happy with the Bike

I paid for a Bob but It wasnt in stock so they give me the option to change for a Billy so i said yes and they give me a seat . Im really in LOVE with this bike, now i prefer thisone that the Bob and i can go with my girlfriend un the same bike, i feel like this is a motorbike ✌🏻😁

Bad company and service. Check before buying here

On the 7/9/2023, I bought a fatbike in Fatbike Amsterdam. It was stated as Fatbike Oliver in the website (now it's not longer in the website but I have proof of this). I received on the 18/9/2022. Unfortunately, once I opened the box I couldn't install the fatbike because it didn't come with an installation manual. I asked to the company for the manual, and they sent me some small videos in other languages without a clear installation advice. After that, I asked for a mechanic person to install the product. The days continue passing without an answer. They didn't want to send a mechanic but in the end they sent one person to install it, and they told me that it's for free. The mechanic person told me that it was not a fatbike, but a scooter, therefore I required driver's license which I don't have. Because that reason I decided to return the Oliver scooter. The company told me that the costs are for the customer, so I paid 89 euros to return the big package. Yesterday, I got a partial refund of my purchase. Instead of 1795 I got 1760 euros back. They told me that those costs that they are charging me are partially for the mechanic (which they told me that is for free due to their mistake), for transaction costs with a credit card (I didn't pay with creditcard) and to send and investigate my shipment (20 euros).

***After posting here, the owner of Fatbike decided to contact me and to refund the full amount. Either way, I was not happy with the entire process and made my lose time, money (89 euros) and energy.

The bicycle saved me from dying.

The bicycle came good, it saved me from dying going to work.
It arrived later than I thought, which is partly my error when I put my information, but it was supposed to arrive earlier.
Otherwise fine, its arrived safely and the personal has been very patient, friendly and helping me with everything.

The bike came as aspected and works…

The bike came as aspected and works good! Delivery took a little bit longer, but they said that to me before.
Also the communication was very good and they were very helpful. Thank you
