Beware of scammers.

Thieves and scammers who take people's money very easily and never return any bicycles. I have reported it to the police but nothing has happened yet and Ideal still wants its money.

Paid in June, still nothing received Impossible to reach customer service Very bad service – avoid this company

Title: Very bad service – no response for 3 months

Review:
I placed my order on 26 June and already paid in full. Now it has been three months, and I have not received my order. When I try to call, the phone rings twice and the call is disconnected. When I send an email, I only receive an automatic reply that they do not provide support via email. They never answer personally.

It is almost impossible to get in touch with this company. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Lost €700, no response from the company

On July 4th I ordered a fat bike via iDEAL in 3 installments. I paid a total of €700. As of September 18th I have not received the product or any news from the company. They do not answer emails, phone calls are simply dropped. As a result I am left without a bike and without money.
Very disappointed with this experience and do not recommend this company to anyone.

Almost 900 people was scammed withs this website !!900×minimaal 650 per fiets=600.000 euro!!Goed Geld in Nederland in 2 months!In 2025 and nobody gives one andwer!!Nicee...In 3 dont pay my money back and also Fatbike Discounter also!!Scammers they are protected in this country😂

Very Bad, ordered, paid but didn't receive my order

I placed my order on 03 July, paid for 2 terms, and still haven't received my order yet. The company is not updating, answering the calls, not responding to the emails. I want my money back don't need their bike anymore. Unsatisfied and don't feel safe. Looks like scammed.

Scammers! Stay away

I ordered my Fatbike 2 months ago and I’m still waiting. The company doesn’t answer e-mails or calls. I don’t need the Fatbike anymore as I have purchased it elsewhere. Reading all the bad comments here I have very little faith that I will ever get my money back or a Fatbike.

FINALLY I GOT MY MONEY BACK 💪

Please read this carefully!!!!
You can search my first review and read the story but mostly here we have the same story.
If you paid in 3 installments with iDeal, please contact and report it to iDeal (088-39 93 333), and they will help you get your money back.
They will help you cancel your order and also try to cancel your order yourself by emailing this webshop.
After a week of reporting it to iDeal, I finally got my money back.
Or, if you fully paid for the order with your bank account, you might want to try contacting the bank where you paid for the item i hope they could help you 🙏

This website is a joke!👎

I started off by buying metal motor gears for my fatbike. I waited around a week or 2 for my order when I open the package to find plastic (nylon) motor gears. Infuriated I call customer service which declined my call the first 2 times. The third time, they answer and I give them my order number #20407. They reassure me that they will send me a return form and send me my new metal gears. Over the next few days I give them a couple more calls as my email is stagnant. In the call, they told me to send pictures of the product and the package in total. “We will reply within a day” they said. It’s been 4 days and I’m gonna resort to getting my money back by giving them another call which they will completely ignore. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

It's totally scam

It's totally scam. I've ordered Fat bike end of May. Two weeks later get information I should wait 2-4 weeks. E-mails nobody available to answers. Phone the same story. Somebody mention something about going to the court of something?

Really Frustrating ..AVOID

I wait 5 weeks and no hope to reach customer service on the phone, then I write a negative review yesterday, then they send me a generic email telling me there's a delay (after 5 weeks of waiting) from the factory and they don't know when they can deliver my bike, they will let me know as soon as they figure it out.to compensate me they offer me a discount voucher for 30% off on bike lock!!!!!

I reply to the email asking them to cancel my order, I get an automatic reply saying this email address is not dedicated to customer service, and that I have to call them, but THEY NEVER PICK UP... EVER

Now I just need my money back, I really don't want a bike anymore

Paid for the first installment on the…9th of June 2025

Paid for the first installment on the 9th of June with order number 18857 and invoice number 2025202518857. The delivery timeline was scheduled for 2 - 4 weeks and we enter the 4th week with no information at all on what date this would be delivered.

I sent mails asking for at least some information and i got the response that they were still within their stated time for delivery.

The lack of consistent and reliable feedback is the problem with dealing with the company and i must say i am really disappointed so far. Truly shabby in the way orders are handled.

My appeal is that i take delivery of this bike this week being the 4th week as the reviews i see of delays even after the 4th week is scary.

I received a bike with a defect.

I ordered 2 ouxis c80 max bikes and one of them is broken. It makes terrible noise when accelerating. Besides, in the ad the bikes were with gashendel, which I did not receive at all. there is no contact with them. I will change my opinion when we reach an agreement. Order #19310

Update. I get new fatbike but I still didn’t get a gashendels. Contact with company is really difficult
