I saw a thread about renewing my passport online and clicked the button. Your website setup is dummy proof literally!! It was so simple give you my info and paid and then you emailed me what to do and had already filled everything out for me on the paperwork and it also included a prepaid label!! I then went to Walgreens and got my picture taken and stapled it to the form like your instructions said and shipped it off with my old passport (which I’ve never done before and was kind of nervous) .. one week later my new passport came !!! I was shocked 😳.. the passport card came the next day too . Thank you so much for helping me renew my passport.

Do not use. This is a scam to collect personal information. They do not provide online passport renewal. It’s a fill out form that can be easily accessed for free. Do not use do not use do not use.

It's a scam. Advertised as a way to submit your passport application when all it does is fill out the form.

You can do this for free on the government site, and you still have to pay all of the government fees in addition to the $88 you already paid Fast Form Filler.

It was easy to follow! Took no time at all to complete and mail off.

The ability to complete passport form on line is helpful.
Only problem is I was not able to print out the form...
Not sure what caused the difficulty but I'm not sure how to resolve the issue.

This was really pretty painless. I loved that I could just print it out, attach my photo and put everything in the prepaid envelope. I took it to post office, handed to a postal worker, got my tracking recipe and headed home. Can’t wait to see how long it takes to get my new passport.

I was going to go to a restricted area and wasn't sure what I did would be required so when I was looking at my license, TWIC and passport I noticed the passport was expired. I went online and Googled renew my passport and decided to go with your company. It was fast and easy and when I got home I finished the process the same day. I had already printed out what I needed on my portable printer all I had to do was go get the photograph taken and then mail it out.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use the new form. It was faster and less intimidating than the old passport format. My only advice is to proofread carefully because I clicked on one incorrect selection and had to ask for help to fix it. The Support Team was very efficient and quickly resolved the issue.

The forms were easy to download and print. Very easy to complete! Good service!
However, my forms were rejected and sent back! Apparently the government didn’t approve of my picture, it was supposed to be a white background! Now I have to have another picture taken and mail Everything back again at my expense! So not happy when I thought everything was done

Much easier. Did not have to visit the post office. Could be done at anytime.
