Helpful and good communication.

I took part in a survey thinking it’s
Premier Inn’s. Won 2 pillows and paid £2.19 postage. Next day they claimed £36.16 but my bank denied payment and got in touch with me. I haven’t got pillows. Fashion4 joy is scamming people by using premier inn survey. It’s scam and they are still doing it.

The customer service has been very responsive to my queries. Prompt communication. Thank you escalation team.

Total scam, signed up from.a referral on Facebook but cancelled paying a cancellation fee??. But 3 days late was charged by another company (hobbyish.com) which I did not sign up for. The two companies are based at the same location in cypress and trading under the same company. So beware if you sign up for one company they will pass on your info to the other. So even if you cancel with one company within the cancelation period they will still charge you from the other company.

Update October 2024
So cancelled everything with these companies but now they are still taking 49.99 euros out of my account under the name of elifestylec.com!! THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!

I didn't get my parcels and you money out of my bank account now you trying to get me to give you 5 stars so that I get my money back in my bank account that went wrong

I cancelled my subscription, am glad to say that Sama escalation team contacted me back for my refund. Their are the best!!

The staff members or rather the people we are directed to for assistance they offer good service..that's what I like the most

I thought it was a scam but after writing a review they got in touch and said they will refund me as it's a membership fee which I wasn't aware I signed up too

I contacted Fashion4Joy regarding subscription they have replied and will refund after I write this review at least they replied and admitted that they need to refund so thank you
