We had a problematic light switch. Contacted Farthing
leaving phone message, James replied within the hour, he came out later that day and fitted a new switch - perfect service as usual.

James and Harry did a great job installing linked floodlights around my house, I can highly recommend them.

The work was carried to an excellent excellent standard. I subsequently asked for an internal light to be moved 3 cm. They came back and did this without any hassle.

Had problem with smoke/heat alarms after a power cut James came the same day to fix them then he also came back to replace as faulty I recommend Farthings Electrical as quick to respond and do a very good job

Professional and courteous, he went out of his way to fit us in at short notice, and carried out a full and thorough check on the property, which highlighted a few issue to us that we would otherwise have been unaware of. We will absolutely be getting him back in to carry out the work once the sale goes through. We would also have no hesitation in using Farthing Electrical for any future work that we require.

I had to change the appointment more than once due to other work not being done in time but James fitted my job in without any problem, I would recommend Farthing Electrical to anyone and will be using again for my next electrical needs

For some weeks, I have been struggling to find an electrician to check a non-functioning night storage heater. Promises to drop by to have a look never materialised. I finally gave up and googled some words and found Farthings. A short conversation and a promise to come two days later at 3 pm.

Sure enough, a man called James arrived bang on time. No messing about and he was straight on the job. He quickly identified the problem replaced a defunct part and even tidied up after himself.

The storage heater did what it should that night and no problem since.

I would highly recommend Farthings.
