Smart Home Charge were efficient in replacing my faulty EV charger. Katherine in the office was quick in responding to my calls and emails. The electrician was friendly and quick with the installation.

Happy with the service

Good responce and the issue was found fairly quickly.
The engineer tracker is quite slow to update so this cannot be relied upon for an ETA. I feel a courtesy call 30min prior to arrival would be far more helpful.

Quick and efficient service as always…

Quick and efficient service as always from smart home charge! There was a manufacturing issue with our home charger and once we got in touch smart home charge we able to organise delivery of the part and arrange a lovely engineer to visit and fix it really quickly. Definitely a trustworthy company!

Ordered HyperVolt through Smart Charge…

Ordered HyperVolt through Smart Charge and the equipment turned up within a couple of days. Install was arranged within 2 weeks. Unfortunately the first installer didn’t do the job satisfactorily but spoke with Owen who got another installer, Sam, who turned up on time and did a perfect re-install. Went through the app capabilities with me too and explained everything. Tidy and efficient. Very pleased.

Problem Solved

Had an ongoing issue with a small detail on my Andersen Wall charger, dropped an email asking for help to Jack at Smart Charge, he organised and liased with an installer to make adjustments and checks, which have all been carried out, First Class Service from Jack in Customer Service and Ross the installer who visited to trouble shoot, I am delighted to have that reassurance from Smartcharge.
