Andy and his colleague Charlotte are a great team, and tackled the merging of my two consumer units into one with great thoroughness and care. Andy kept me informed every step of the way, doggedly hunting down the various inexplicable 'peculiarities' of the old units and rectifying faults. Totally professional.

Andy from Dexter spent enough time to offer clear alternatives for a complicated EV charger installation. The quote was based on the highest safety standards when other contractors proposed some lower standard solutions. The work was carried out as scheduled and with great care. Really happy with the work Andy and his colleague did to install our Hypervolt 3 EV charger in Oct '25. Andy took the time to do a detailed pre inspection and talk us through the options, even explaining the sync with our electricity provider (tariffs etc), EV and energy provider apps etc. No hard sell, just very genuine and knowledgeable. He then provided a detailed breakdown of the costs which were very reasonable. The install went without a glitch, everything done really neatly, hiding all cables, and their attention to detail was excellent. Really happy we chose Dexter & Co, and we won't hesitate to use their services again for things related to energy and electrics in general. Thankyou for a great job.

Install itself was done as agreed -it wasn’t quite straightforward due to some difficulties with my elec supply but all overcome and the job itself was very neat. Also a great check-in to ensure all was working a couple of days after the install.

Andy is very knowledgeable and professional. All work was completed in a very neat manner. The features of our EV charger and phone app were explained clearly and I couldn't be happier with the install.

Andy from Dexter & Co was brilliant. I contacted him to install a car charger. He explained everything over the phone and visited my property to make sure he could give me an accurate quote. He installed the car charger and also completed various electrical work around the house such as adding electrical sockets, data sockets, changing light connections etc. I had a large ‘to do list’ - but no matter the task, Andy always found a way to fit it in and provide a great service. I would highly recommend him and the team to anyone requiring a skilled electrician.

Andy made the process of getting a non-standard installation of an EV charger much easier than I expected. The area around the groundworks was kept incredibly tidy and all made good before they finished. I've ended up with a smart looking charger installed exactly where I needed it.
