when I had issues with my orders

when I had issues with my orders, missing parts, Fanhome was really helpful in replacing the missing parts. I give Fanhome support 5 stars, excellent service. I highly recommend Fanhome for the top quality kits and service.

Fanhome is "De Agostini Collectibles"!

Fanhome is "De Agostini Collectibles",
the costumer service is vague at best.
They don't offer any resolution/ or compensation, for their mistakes.
I would give them a lower rating,
but it's not available.
I've currently received 17/20 shipments,
for my current build. Shipment 18/20 has been processing for over a month now, they claim it's a lack of materials.

Scamhome is the most dishonest company…

Scamhome is the most dishonest company in the world. They had several shipping issues and supply issues. They lied about everything. It took me 3 years to finish receiving the Ecto 1. I had over half of the model when Eaglemoss shut down. 6 month wait times. Monthly subscription my ass. Scamhome just ships whenever they get product. Total garbage company! I can not believe they still exist!!! Liars!!!
The response from Scamhome is hilarious. They know who I am. Scamhome specifically told me their name is Fanhome not Scamhome. I told them as long as I feel they are scamming me I will call them whatever I want. They are liars and theives, nothing more!! DisHonestini!!!
