I don't recommend them!

I’ve had multiple subscriptions with them, and I currently still have two active ones. The quality of the models leaves something to be desired, and over the years their customer service has also declined significantly. They used to work with reliable delivery companies, but now they use a courier service where almost every package arrives damaged—sometimes slightly, sometimes more seriously.

With the Fast & Furious series, I’ve already had to request numerous replacement acrylic covers, and now they’ve come up with a new habit: they require you to send back the broken or cracked cover as well, which I find quite pathetic on their part.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I’m just waiting for my subscriptions to end, and I will definitely stay far away from them in the future.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service,,
I paid between £150 and £160 a month whenever there is a missing part ,, they are hard to contact,, give you automated responses and expect you to wait a month for missing parts to come in the next batch,, over £700 down the drain,, but they will not get another £700

Claim settled in a customer-oriented manner

In July 2025, I filed a complaint with customer support regarding a damaged model. Although the company was initially evasive and kept postponing the solution, they eventually resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I received a new model on March 30, 2026. I appreciate DeAgostini for this helpful step and thank them for sending the replacement.

Difficult to make account for subscription

At first it took a while to get subscribed. Trouble with confirmation of account. But I got there in the end. Looking forward to first delivery.

Abysmal customer service if things go…

Abysmal customer service if things go wrong. They “lost” a payment of mine of £95.93 and despite a stream of WhatsApp chats and emails with proof of payment given to them they’ve done nothing.

My advice would be don’t touch with a bargepole. A model will cost £2000 in total, customer service should be paramount.

If you want one of their models go to Catawiki where a completed one can be bought for £1200 to £1500.

Great Company and Amazing Collection

I Subscribed the Ford Mustang Collection few weeks ago. We had an issue with one Shipment, and the Staff of De Agostini Solved it in few days.
