Can’t fault them
I’ve been using these products for years now. I’ve bought many things and every time I do I can’t fault them. Delivery is always perfect and I am always kept up to date. The models I have built are amazing. All the pieces are superb. If I’ve ever had a problem which has only been once I just called them and they dealt with it fast and efficiently so I highly recommend

Easy once I realized that there are different websites and models available for each Country. Need to make the Country selection ,ore obvious. Other than that it is easy to suscribe. Just wish some of the discontinued models were still available or re-released.

I receive my package every month and on time, I haven't had any problems with the parts, whenever I need to call I get treated with respect and I get the results I need, the only one problem is that I get paid 4 weekly and Fanhome take payments monthly, which means that sometimes the money isn't in my account,

Had a small problem with one part of my Bat Mobile build, which was accidentally caused by myself. Tried to purchase a replacement on Ebay, with no success. Contacted Fanhome support, & am getting a complete issue, free of charge. Everyone at Fanhome are so helpful, & sincere. Customer service is absolutely brilliant. Barona & Erjona are my favourites, though I know there are many more.
