We only got 16/20 boxes ordered. Yes, we got a small credit, but the whole ppijt is we needed meals. The $20-something credit will not cover 4 meals if we get take out…

I wanted to update my review to reflect the final outcome.

After my previous experience, Factor did ultimately send me the meal delivery at no cost, as customer service had originally promised. I appreciate that they honored that commitment.

However, the overall experience was still confusing. I was charged even though I had not intended to complete an order, I initially received no order confirmation, my refund was processed, and I received conflicting information about whether the complimentary shipment had been cancelled. Although everything was eventually resolved, the communication throughout the process could have been much clearer.

I appreciate that Factor made things right by providing both a full refund and the complimentary meals. I hope they address the website or system issues and improve communication with customers to prevent similar confusion in the future.

The meals packed were packed with ice above and below in between the meals and one meal opened and ripped. It spilled all over the box. Now I'm down a meal that I paid for.

Calorie controlled, filing, tastes great and uses good ingredients

Aside from the strange email errors, the meals are excellent. I was surprised how good the quality is for the average of 3 minutes of heating time. We had fish, burger and other great meals

So far...with the exception for one missed delivery , things have been going quite well' I find your meals balanced and filling.
I live alone now and cooking for one gets to be a drag and I never was good at it. It's very convenient to come home at days end and just pop supper in the microwave.
My only bugbear is that I find the meals a bit too spicy for my palate but the burn doesn't linger very long so that's good.
I have presented my friends with your free box offer but they sense there is more too it...nothing is free in this world and they have been burned in the past...giving too much information over the internet is not an option to them. Sorry...

So far we love the system. The food is easy to prepare and tastes fresh! The veggies and pasta aren't soggy when we warm the up- thats a big deal. The food tastes like it was freshly prepared in our own kitchen. There are several meal options to chose from including extra protein, keto or carb friendly. Unfortunately there is no specific gluten free menu choices and those would be a great addition.

I wanted to see what they had for vegetarian meals and to see the menu you have to create an account and add payment. They had maybe 2 meals a week but no real vegetarian plans so I deactivated my account right away. Well I guess deactivating the account and even getting the confirmation email of doing so was not enough to stop them from charging my cc and choosing 6 meals for me 5 days later. I spent 30 min on the phone with them and they blamed me for the order not being cancled in time, they said emails are sent every week about the meals and they can be changed or cancled then I pounted out AGAIN I had a deactivated account so I did not receive that email then they said the first Thursday after you create an account if you dont chose your meals its done automatically even with a deactivated account. WHAT!?!?! They gave me a credit towards my next meals though 😮‍💨 I did finally get a refund after pointing out many times my account was deactivated no meals were ever chosen and I am a vegetarian. I would have purchased from them of they had vegetarian plans.

The food is good. The green beans not so. And the plastic film covering the containers is glued so hard that it is quasi -impossible to remove.

Listen to their customers and not bull doze them. Found it very difficult to remove the plastic film after heating. Also I requested that the door bell be rung when delivering and this did not happen and the box remained at my door from approx 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. That day I did not check my email until to pm and was not expecting any delivery. I do not live by my email and a lot of seniors don't.

I have been very happy so far, with all of the meals.

They charged me for meals and about the third week into the plan, they notified me a day before that my food was not coming for the week. Even though they charged me, they never delivered my food. Nothing special. Still waiting on my money back. Customer service replies but never offers a resolution.

Signed up for my elderly parents , still very active in their late 80’s , but researched some ideas for nutritional meals , noticed Factor seemed to stand out above others . Time will tell if they like them . Both are into organic food & this seemed to be the best choice . Looking to give them more ready made nutritious meals.

We love the food, what we don’t like is last minute cancellations of order, the promise to make it up to us on our next order with no follow through unless we phone them and ask how they plan on making it up. After such a call, we received a credit on our next order. What I don’t care for either is the reduced keto menu. They only have 3 recipes available on any given week a huge change from previous extended menus. On a 6 menu order, only 3 keto to choose from. If I don’t like one of them or more, I either have to select from a non keto menu of double up on one particular item. The quality of the food is great as is the meal prep. I have recommended them to a few friends. Also Factor promotes their company and offers good promotions unfortunately only good for new clients. Do I still recommend them? Yes with a few caveats.

On reading many of the reviews here it sounds like the same issues I have other people have had. Factor is not addressing them other than sending out a Pat stock answer to say that they don’t have enough information and they’re looking into it. They don’t actually look into it. They just sent you the message and that’s it. They don’t follow up.. They don’t call I don’t think they care. Customer service is the most important part of any company providing a service. They don’t seem to realize this. A computer generated answer to people’s reviews really doesn’t cut it for me.

I tried to send food to my father and you guys screwed it up so badly. Got notifications last minute that it wouldn't be delivered. Won't use your service again.

Honestly I used to order from FACTOR A LOT especially last year, the discounts to on board new customers is a great idea to let them try
Thats how I got in and I loved the variety of recipes, the different dietary plans that are offered and the balanced meals and every single one tasted SO GOOD that even when I couldnt afford to continue ordering them every week sometimes I would crave a specific factor meal
I would order from Factor for more meals and more frequently but honestly I just cant afford the cost of factor at full price without any discounts applied
Side note I felt like the veggie on the side is often green beans lol, I like when its Brussels sprouts or carrots

For the most part, I like the meals. Some of them have meat that's overcooked and dry. Some have too much pepper and salt. But, that's what I don't like. Most meals I like. I would just like a little more sauce.

I’m now 13 boxes in with Factor_, and overall I’ve been really impressed. I’ve enjoyed the variety of meal options, and the quality has been consistently strong. The meals taste fresh, the portion sizes are satisfying, and it has made eating well during the week much easier.

I also appreciate that the meals are convenient without feeling like a basic frozen dinner. The flavours are good, the ingredients seem high quality, and there’s enough variety that it doesn’t feel repetitive.

So far, Factor_ has been a really positive experience for me, and after 13 boxes, I’d definitely say it has been worth it.

Love the meals and it really helps reaching my protein goals. The meals are really well done and there's lots of variety! Unfortunately, there have been a few occasions where meals were cancelled at the last minute with no explanation but I do get a refund and there have a few over the course of a year isn't too bad.
