For the most part, I like the meals. Some of them have meat that's overcooked and dry. Some have too much pepper and salt. But, that's what I don't like. Most meals I like. I would just like a little more sauce.

I’m now 13 boxes in with Factor_, and overall I’ve been really impressed. I’ve enjoyed the variety of meal options, and the quality has been consistently strong. The meals taste fresh, the portion sizes are satisfying, and it has made eating well during the week much easier.

I also appreciate that the meals are convenient without feeling like a basic frozen dinner. The flavours are good, the ingredients seem high quality, and there’s enough variety that it doesn’t feel repetitive.

So far, Factor_ has been a really positive experience for me, and after 13 boxes, I’d definitely say it has been worth it.

Love the meals and it really helps reaching my protein goals. The meals are really well done and there's lots of variety! Unfortunately, there have been a few occasions where meals were cancelled at the last minute with no explanation but I do get a refund and there have a few over the course of a year isn't too bad.

DO NOT BUY FACTOR MEALS. Horrible Customer service. Was told my box wasn’t being delivered due to production issues and would be issued full refund. Went out and bought my own groceries after this. Several days later I received a notification my box was being delivered the next day. Customer service agent refused to issue refund even though they told me I wasn’t getting a box and I had informed them I purchased groceries and couldn’t afford both. Also told them I was going to be out of town on the day of delivery because they told me I wasn’t getting a box. Still refused to issue a refund.

I used Factor a few years ago and quit after a number of delivery issues; some not received period. I rejoined recently and the first two weeks went by with zero issues. Third week, delivery cancelled on the day I was expecting to get it. No time to plan what grocery and when I had time to buy them. I will be quitting again. I want a reliable service.

IT's difficult to evaluate your product because I didn't receive your food yet. I just hope I will like the tast of your product.

Food is good but the delivery system is not, more then once I have had missing meals and my last order was canceled....I got a refund but it would of been nice to give me some credit as well since my meals where canceled a day before they where supposed to arrive.

I really liked the quality and reliability back a year ago. The last 6 months, I've had inconsistent quality ie no breading on a breaded chicken, one was loaded full of potatoes another hardly any, barely any corn in a dish that specified corn, the stems not removed from some green beans, broken containers.

On the plus side, the meat has always been juicy and tender and flavourful. Meals are well seasoned. They clearly focus on variety so we don't get bored, while keeping some staple favourites on rotation fairly often.

Most recently (last week) i had my monday delivery cancelled on Sunday afternoon. That left me scrambling a bit to get set up for food for the week as I had been counting on the delivery.

That being said, the customer service side seemed very accommodating when I reached out about broken containers and I was refunded the meals.

I get home from work at 5pm every day and I think "I don't know if I have time to go to the gym, shower, make dinner and eat all before I go to bed at 10. Then I remember, dinner takes 3 minutes in the microwave, gives me 30-50 g of protein post gym and 7-15g fiber. Factor gives me no excuse to skip the gym and it pushes me to look after my body and my health. I've never had a meal that wasn't delicious. One time my delivery was delayed due to an insane snow storm and they refunded my box AND sent a new box 2 days later. I would give Factor 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Thank you to the team at Factor for making prioritizing my health easier and more delicious.

My delivery for the week was canceled. I want to see my imagination put into the vegetables. Why green beans so often?

My senior parents love that the meals are ready to eat. They just need to heat them up and voila. Most are delicious, even though some of the veggies aren't cooked to a soft texture that they can chew. (green beans, broccoli). They also find the food spicy, even though they selected "non-spicy" option. Overly peppered food is spicy! The day of delivery they receive notices that their food for the entire week won't be delivered due to unexplained circumstances. Three times so far. This means looking for other food sources. Not convenient.

Good variety of meals. Disappointed my last box was not delivered due to an 'unforeseen circumstance' and only received an email notification the day before delivery. Why not offer to deliver the next day?

My delivery for this week was cancelled with no explanation or reasoning. I was informed the morning of my delivery of the cancellation which has greatly affected my week in terms of budgeting, schedule and time. I would have appreciated it someone from Factor reached out to me by phone or text explaining the cancellation and the reason for it. A simple refund is not acceptable as I have chose Factor Meals over many other companies. These ongoing issues with Factor has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The chat system also do not work or connect me to a live agent even though it says it is connecting - this is even more frustrating. I am still requesting for someone to reach out to me by phone to ensure my refund is being processed along with an explanation as to why my delivery was cancelled. Thanks

Factor Meals cancelled my delivery when I needed it. It is unacceptable to explain that they had an issue at the warehouse with the boxes on delivery day and explain that they are "not" delivering on delivery day. Very unprofressional. I work hard through the week like everyone else. If I pay for a "service" I depend upon it coming through. I was hoping Factor would send meals the next day or two. NO. Instead they offer a lousy $20 to compensate. If they are undependable and cannot deliver or they can't even send meals the next day then that is not reasonable. If it happens once...... it will happen again in the future with no food for another week.

Food is good, no question. However, I have only had 3 orders so far, and already my 3rd order was not delivered and cancelled for some reason. Not a great first impression to cancel the delivery on the day of, without even a days notice.

The meals are good and easy to make and the portions are good. I am disappointed that the meals have a best before date that is only a few days after I received them and I had to throw 4 meals out. They should at least last week. I order 3 meals a week and would eat them every other night but the two boxes I bought the meals I went to eat the last meal (4 days after I got them) they were already a day or two past the best before date. The other thing I did not like is a lot of the meals come with green beans. I am so sick of green beans. I like them every now and then but not with just about every meal.

1 box had a hard piece of plastic like the tip of a fork in the salmon, found the pork very dry. Seasonings are a bit heavy handed n some of the entrees.

Week 2 - box never showed up, unreliable

The food looked good and it felt like a convenient way to skip cooking after a long day of work. My spouse and I are also struggling with portioning so it was to help with that as well on our weight loss journey. My first order was fantastic, everything showed up and it was delicious. We were excited for our second week.

There were apparently problems on their end so we got a refund for our second order and only got an email saying our delivery was cancelled at 5pm on delivery day. I expected perhaps a discount for the next one as an apology but nope.

I’ve heard this was a common thing and that others have had issues receiving their full orders. Seeing as this is the first time, I’m willing to see if things go better. It’s just a bit disappointing seeing as we’re only on the second time and there’s already issues.
