I am thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the item and the level of customer support. The product works exactly as described and feels very durable. Great value, great support!
In a world where a headset from other companies could cost you 3 to 9 times more, this is a GREAT product for it's value. Does everything an indie developer needs!
Great support as well! I've made a purchase of the headset, and unfortunately it came to me with a 3D printing malfunction on one of the parts. I've contacted support and immediately got a response solving my issue and getting a replacement part delivered free of charge.

Broke during assembly
Unfortunately the product broke apart during assembly.
The company provided a partial refund for the broken bracket and sent replacement parts. So overall, the service was good.
The product itself is good for minor/indie projects, but the build quality of the 3d-printed plastic makes it doubtful that it will last a long time or survive wild movements/small bumps for long.

The entire process was easy
The entire process was easy. If I had an issue, within seconds, I was able to chat with someone on the website. There are also wonderful videos on the website to help you, along with an inspirational video that demonstrates its use within a project. I ordered from the US. Took roughly a week or so to receive it and you get updates on the order’s location daily!

Good price for the value
I had a limited budget for a teaser for my client and this helmet with my rococo smart suit allowed me to animate my characters. You can tell the helmet is homemade but for the price, I can't complaint + Quick delivery
