The company failed to respond to a number of email requests and there was no phone number provided.
See my emails of the 11th and 12th of October. They were both in response to your welcome note. Goods were subsequently delivered. I would have welcomed a reply from the company

We've checked our inbox (info@f10marine.com) and no emails. I've looked on our website homepage and my mobile number is there. I checked your tracker number with DPD Ireland and it says the item was del on the 14th of October!

Good price & prompt service. Poor packaging.
Good price & prompt service. However the packaging was poor & had burst when delivered by Royal Mail. The item was a hatch & was just in a polythene bag, no padding or protection. Luckily there was no damage apart from some superficial scratches.
