Hi Aiden, so sorry your lifejacket too a while to get to you, it seems that it was held in customs for quite a few days. Typically when using the free delivery option, your order will be with you in 3-5 business days. I see that it took longer than this so we do apologise, but sometimes our hands are tied with how quickly the couriers fulfil their task. we hope you enjoy the lifejacket at have a great season out on the water

Just keep paddling.
A glitch on the website meant that an alternative product had to be offered. This was dealt with swiftly and I am pleased with the sea lion paddle replacement. The paddle is very light and efficient in the water. Ideal for mature paddlers like myself who want to meander and savour the moment!!

i have never received the goods. Courier tracking informed me that the sender was not there when the courier went to pick up the goods. Now I have requested the sender/seller to resend the goods asap. Up to now I do not have any info...Sorry but the truth has to be told.
