Phoned to renew my scooter insurance on…
Phoned to renew my scooter insurance on the renewal date as stated on the reminder, was told because the insurance had expired at midnight it was now a new policy which was £12 dearer. Asked to talk to a manager but was told (after waiting for 10 minutes) no manager was available but they could honour the original quote and escalate the complaint. All just unnecessary hassle for no reason!

Absolute con men of insurance company great when you get your first policy but don't try to change your bike they quoted am extra £660 to mend my policy and change bike then said they can create a new policy for £350 but will have to loose my 6 month no claims but other insurance companys are coming in at only £200 for the same details absolute rip off of a company
