PC arrived on time and in good condition.

All programs as promised installed.

Has been working ok for a week and even I managed to load a printer on to it.

I wanted to be able to play the latest games without forking out thousands and not being very computer savvy I sent them over a email and Jo replied quickly and took the time to help me out delivery was very quick and packaged well. I’m made up with it to be honest it’s a perfect start to invest in a build if you want abit more out of it but I’m in no rush apex,warzone,red dead2, new world all play very well for a machine that cost just under £700 thank you Jo and thank you Expertec

2. Knowing nothing of Expertec, I was a little worried when placing order.

They have been excellent, both product and service. I’m not a gamer but I do handle a lot of video, multi channel sound and multi layer hi-def images and as such need fast processing, screen handling and abundant memory. Games machines give that, as well as MS Office etc. When supplied by a small specialist company like Expertec they also supply more bang for your bucks.

I opted for Intel Core i5-12600 Gaming PC 16GB RAM 6GB GTX 1660 Graphics Card 1TB M.2 SSD. Delivered ahead of schedule, stunning performance, beautifully built, altogether impressive. If hyper-critical, I’m not keen on partial backplate of steel grey in an otherwise all black box; but, having added more disk and sound, I’ll probably never see it again. The Void case is also impressive even with the light show turned off!

During the additions a special casing nut was lost. Try getting that replaced by Dell, HP, Asus, etc. One phonecall to Expertec …. and replaced next day, no charge. I’ve called their support twice more and spoke to someone with knowledge within a couple of minutes. Great folk to do business with.

I bought a refurbished HP pc with mouse and keyboard from expertec. From start to finish they were fantastic, from advising which would be a suitable choice for my needs right through to solving a ghosting issue that appeared after a couple of weeks. They remotely accessed my pc first, when that offered no obvious issues they had it collected the next day and exhausted all possibilities before returning it too me complete with new cables. Unfortunately, when it arrived back the issue was still there, even with the new cables. When I contacted them to ask their advice again as to what could possibly be still causing this infuriating issue they advised it could only now be the monitor and swiftly sent me a replacement! I can say with confidence that whatever your computer needs may be there is only one place that you need to go to and that expertec. I have never received customer service, value for money and excellent quality products from one place before, you normally get one or the other. Thanks for making everything so easy.

Great team who are super responsive and have good customer service. No complaints whatsoever. Have bought two separate PCs from these guys and they’ve been supper helpful before and after sales.

I bought a PC for my son in September 2021. I am an Apple user so have no idea about PC's. The customer service and pre and post sale is faultless. Phone's are answered quickly, messages are responded to quickly, no call centres etc. They guided me with the best PC for my son and our budget. When I had questions about using it they have always been so giving with advice, even several months later. The online chat actually has a human replying! I wish all companies could be as easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous email and telephone support from Josh and Jo at Expertec. Both listened patiently to, what seemed a huge issue for me and sent their instructions in email. All worked well and my desk top up and running as fast as ever. I recommend them so highly and send my heartiest thanks

A simple Google Search found me an honest, well-established company that goes out of it's way to ensure customers are happy.

I am a teacher at a school, and required multiple used pc's for students' use. Not only were they affordable, they were in excellent condition and work exceptionally well. The lady I spoke to was kind enough to send any additional cable we may have needed.

Overall, I would certainly recommend them and would love to order from them again.

Very happy with our gaming pc brought as a present for my son. Jo was very happy to help with my questions and and had great knowledge about the products I would need. The mouse had a broken button when arrived but my query was delt with out of ours (over Christmas) and a replacement was sent very quickly without any problems. Would definitely recommend this company.

So i had to place a very last minute order with these guys on the 22nd Dec, hoping to get my order before Xmas. Before i had even paid they had it boxed up ready to go and ensured it landed next day, in time for my little lad to get his present for Xmas day. Solid customer service, great PC.
