I made a mistake on an order..
I made a mistake on an order... have seen it plenty of times with battery suppliers where they ship the item out anyway, knowing full well its a nightmare to return and hoping that you won't bother.
Powerandlamps cancelled the order without any issues, were really quick to respond - which as a customer, is a real show of good conduct from an online retailer.
Will definitely be a returning customer, prices are very good and the support is great. What more can you ask for when buying online!
