Following your reply to my previous review:

- there was no issue with the consent form so not sure why that's been brought up lol. I am a model with a good few other professional clinics so am well aware of the protocol.

- I'm English, and the racism was not directed at me, but a black lady who was merely trying to get some information from the admin girl (who was indeed dressed like she was ready to go to an after party). Daniella, without knowing anything, threw her weight around (as usual) and started demeaning the client. Both the staff were then mumbling something in Russian before just giving the client weird looks.

- I will continue to use you competitors who are not using clients as bait for students whilst charging them so much extra for cheap products and mostly service

The staff needs to be sacked and/or monitored by Evliss on CCTV to see how badly they're ruining the reputation of Watford branch(which would eventually affect London branch as my experience their with the others has always been delightful)

Had laser hair removal on my half legs and half arms today and had such a great experience! The staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They paid a lot of attention to detail and kept checking in to make sure I was okay throughout the treatment. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt rushed. Overall such a positive experience and I would definitely recommend!

My experience was amazing! Petra and Daniela really know what they’re doing and I had an amazing time training with them in their London clinic. Life time support and help/guidance also. I will definitely be returning, thank you both for giving me the confidence to pursue my dreams in an aesthetics career!!! x

I have had a number of treatments with Elviss clinic and I am extremely pleased with mu experience. Its exceptional.

The best experience with the Evliss team, I trained in several courses, such as micro needling, IV drip, hydrofacial, dermaplaning, PRP etc. and loved it! The staff was super helpful and friendly, and they went into detail when explaining both the theory and the practical, and made sure I understood everything and answered every question I had. I got a lot of models and I felt super confident after finishing my courses and came back for more. Thank you Evliss for the support and knowledge you provided me with!

Daniela is an amazing lady, she explains all the steps of the procedures, she has a lot of patience. All the staff is very nice and friendly, I was very happy to meet them all. Unfortunately, while I was waiting, another client came in, and I was very surprised how rude she was towards staff, with no reason. They managed the situation very professionally, congratulations for that. Keep up the good work!

I cannot recommend Evliss Training Academy enough. From the moment I started my training, the professionalism, structure, and attention to detail were outstanding. The course was delivered in such a precise and easy-to-follow way that it instantly built my confidence and made me feel fully supported throughout every stage of learning. Bali and Daniela are absolutely fabulous trainers — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping their students succeed. Their teaching style made complex techniques feel achievable and enjoyable. Vanessa has also been amazing with her photography and humour.. the ongoing support, always available to offer guidance, reassurance, and encouragement even after the training was completed. The level of care and support from the entire team truly sets Evliss apart, and I left feeling confident, skilled, and excited to move forward in my career.

Evliss are absolutely excellent. The staff are lovely and very professional and I felt in safe hands during every procedure/ treatment I have had.
As a nurse, I can honestly say the attention to infection control and safe clinical technique are above par.
Highly recommended!

Fantastic clinic! I have been here both as a model and as a client and every time have been very pleased with my treatment. The staff are very professional and very friendly and always take the time to explain the treatment and the aftercare which I appreciate. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatments. The treatments here are of a higher standard than I’ve had with people who are fully trained. They are so friendly and reassuring. I’m so pleased I found this clinic. Professional standard treatments at a fraction of the cost!

Such an amazing training academy , I was a model and every time I was happy with my treatments they did a fantastic service, and after I was an student , I did a course and they explained everything so well , I will definitely go back as a model and as a student as I want to get trained in beauty treatments
