I was cynical about using Evicthem as I wasn't sure whether I would get the help and service, I required.

Andrew is absolutely fantastic and talks you through the whole process, step by step and provides advice as well as guidance.

What a bunch of cowboys if I could give a zero star rating I would got me to do a gas safety certificate and boiler breakdown 4 months ago with no payment have been emailing and calling the agent in charge Ricardo has basically said there’s nothing he can do?ALL TRADES BEWARE DONT DO ANY WORK FOR THEM BECAUSE YOU WONT GET PAID!

Absolutely brilliant service fro start to finish tenant now evicted

Andrew was very concise in his approach to helping me in the eviction a non paying tenant, over 7 months in arrears now. He had a look at the paperwork and planned it so that there was very little chance of our application being challenged or delayed by loopholes etc used by tenants.

Andrew helped us through this process and provided very useful guidance and support.

I have no words to express how thankful I am with Evicthem. Totally recommend it!

Avoid! They are quick to take your money but do not respond after that. Ellias made lots of errors and delayed the whole process. I never received my correctly completed documentation and they didn't refund my money. I went elsewhere and ended up paying twice.

Andrew is exceptional. He helped us navigatr some gray areas with a tenant who trashed our home and stole a lot of the goods.
We are really greateful for his expert advice!

His advice and hard work helped me get my flat (and my life!) back in 11 months from the time tenants quit paying.

Outstanding service, the top from my experience as a landlord, I had a very difficult tenants and struggled to evict them, I contacted Andrew of Evicthem and he was such a gentleman, very helpful, would listen to you for as long as you need, he collated all the information and served Section 21, then court proceedings for eviction with all supporting documents, I’ve got possession order in two months, even when the tenant’s solicitor applied to the court to set aside, the court set up a hearing and Andrew arranged for an advocate to accompany me and he was brilliant, now I got my property back and a very big thank you to Andrew of Evict Them.
