Landlord Eviction service has just completed an Eviction which was completed relatively quickly given the original time Scales given so I was happy about that. There was massive rent arrears involved and it was driving me insane. Always at hand weekends and evenings if we needed a chat, everything went perfectly.

I have been very impressed with landlord Eviction service who got my tenants out without any problems during their process
There was always someone at the end of the phone or on their WhatsApp channel to exchange documents and deal with queries
That fees arnt the cheapest out there, excellent value for money and I would also like to mention that the advocate at the hearing was out of this world

My frantic efforts to find advice from a Eviction Company who I could speak with came when I called Landlord Eviction Service and spoke to Paul, this was on a Saturday and he spent quite a while listening to my problem and then told me what we needed to do to get the property back and get the Occupiers Evicted.

He sent me a Breakdown of the service options and once I had my documents together to forward to him in no time at all the papers were submitted to the High Court.
On the day of the hearing we won the case and then Paul and his team arranged for the Bailiffs to attend and carryout the eviction.

They attended , the locks were changed and now we have the property secured until we find a buyer.

I am extremely grateful to landlord eviction service for dealing with a really complicated eviction. The communication was excellent and there was always a a response within 2-3 hours. The case got rather complex but they dealt with effectively also they were eager to keep the costs down which was a result for me. All around I would definitely recommend.
