Convenient and quick
I am chronically sick. So being able to get my prescriptions without going out is wonderful. Evermed is always delivered quickly. It truly is so easy.

I ordered HRT patches
UPDATE- Evermed were quick to sort out my wrong delivery and I got my actual Branded medication after all. They are great with communicating if anything goes wrong!
I ordered HRT patches, got asked if I would go with Generic brand, I said I cannot go with Generic brand as Generic does not do anything for my Menopause symptoms. I then received my delivery, only for it to be the Generic brand I specifically stated, does not work for me! How do I go about getting a refund? I didn't pay $16 for medication that doesn't work for me, this is not fair, as now I have to suffer through unwanted symptoms of Menopause, and possibly find another online prescription delivery company that will actually deliver what the customer wanted in the first place!

Non-delivery of order and no communication
28/11/24 - Update
Evermed have responded to my review and refunded my order. I am appreciative of their responsiveness to my review and resolving the issue with my order.
I submitted my order on 5 November 2024. On 6 November 2024 my order was dispensed. I have not received my order and I paid for express post delivery.
I sent an email seeking advice on how to receive an update on my order on 11 November 2024. I have received no communication at all from Evermed. I am out of pocket for the cost of my order and express post delivery. Very frustrating.

Evermed have been in contact. After a rocky start (denial of liability) the CEO has promptly remedied the matter and provided a refund.

Ordered script online - everything was going well, until delivery (and I appreciate it was largely the delivery partner's issue). Expensive medication (over $500) was delivered in a temperature controlled vehicle, to a business premises, on a Saturday, with no iceblock or cooling packaging. Medication must remain below 30 degrees. It was in a black envelope, and left by delivery service in direct sunlight. No delivery notification was received (the tracking, 3 weeks later still states it is pending). It sat outside in direct sunlight for 2 days. Evermed have failed to respond (to 3 requests) for a refund, and an address to return the now spoiled expensive medication....radio silence.... and then zero customer service. Save yourself the bother - dont use them

Way to expensive -
First -
the vape device and juice - I have q50 Tobacco and i like it, super strong and is tobacco flavour.
Unfortunately 2ml is the tank size, not enough.
A kit is 7x2ml cartridges at $97 plus postage ( so less than a week supply)
Secondly -
It took over 2 months to get an order filled
You have to buy a prescription first, $60 something which expires in a month (mine expires 11 days after my fisrt order it took that long, more money wasted)) It also has a time limit on purchases, so you CANNOT order a 2 week supply at a time... so we are looking at $110 every 3-4 days !!!
because of the extremely high prices, the prescription prior to ordering (more money) and the disgusting little amount of juice in this kits.
I will continue to order from China.
In the 2 months no one could fulfil my order, i found mulitple Chinese companies that refund nico orders that get stopped at customs. I have a 3 year supply now.
Finalize -
Decent device and vape juice, that i would use but...
Extremely over priced, not enough juice, Tax scam for gov. Cheaper in China. took 2 months

Lost my medication via express post, took 2 weeks to get a simple answer that it’s deemed lost. Sorry but we can not replace your medication or prescription. So you basically stole from me!! If you can’t provide a service and product then you shouldn’t be in business

We're really sorry about the problem you've had with your order. In our experience Australia Post has very strong performance but occasionally (less than 1 in 5,000 orders) they do lose a package. Unfortunately Australia Post requires 14 days before they deem a package lost but once they confirmed your order was lost we refunded you in full.
