Seamless from start to finish. Being to unwell to actually go out and have my medication made up this service is outstanding. Highly recommended and would be more than happy to use again.

Just rubbish
Just rubbish. First time I tried to use the the script price came up at nearly double what I had been quoted. Rang Evermed and other pharmacies etc, everyone including Evermed said that was wrong. Evermed said they would fix it and they would get back to me. They did neither and when I chased them up again they blamed the prescriber and how they had done the the script. Thing is no other pharmacy had a problem with the script and it was able to be filled elsewhere without issue.
Four weeks later I need the script filled again. My prescriber tells me to try Evermed again (yes they have a deal with Evermed) and that my issue will have been a one off. With my doctor still on the phone with me while I place the order its faults again. This time it keeps throwing up a drug not even available in Australia and once again charges are more that quoted. Once again I am promised someone will get back to me. No one has. So I just purchased direct, cost me a $100 more than MyWeightlossClinic and Evermed are quoting in their little joint venture agreement. So it seems Evermed is one of those companies that everything is fine until its not. Then all semblance of customer service and an ability to resolve problems is not existent. When you are buying time sensitive, heat sensitive and very very expensive meds this company is not worth risk.

The website was easy to navigate with easy to follow instructions so it didn't take long to set up an account.
I signed up to EverMed because of the home delivery service they provide. I used the courier service option and wasn't disappointed. I received updates via email and was even able to track my order once it was collected from my local pharmacy.
They will even send you a reminder when it's time to order your lot of medication.
Great service - will be using again.

It was very easy to use the app. I tried unsuccessfully to use my local chemist app but gave up after third try.
Easy to order, pay and choose delivery. My scripts were handed to me at my front door by a friendly gentleman on time.
