I have used Evermed for years and never had any complaints with their service, once had to contact them to assist with a lost delivery and their staff were responsive and helpful

When I went to pick up my click and collect after paying up front, the pharmacy stated the pricing wasn’t correct based off the script due to a PBS issue. I had to pay quite a bit extra at pick up. The pharmacy tried calling Evermed prior to my arrival to resolve the issue but they didn’t answer the phone nor make contact with the pharmacy.

The ordering process was simple and was done over my phone easily. And a medication arrived the following day which was a great surprise to me and very welcomed. Thank you.

Fast prompt service with Evermed only problem is Aus Post delivery can be a bit slow at times.

Have been using Evermed for almost 2 years. Shipping is sooo quick and customer service is always wonderful. Special shout out to Mhae who seems like she is chained to her desk as I always receive a response within minutes. They don’t price gouge like other providers I have used and they always issue receipts unlike others.

Evermed is able to hunt down meds that my local chemist struggles to find with their suppliers.

My first online scripts order, so had to learn the ropes and contact Mary at Evermed. I had to ring her 3 times in fact due to being unsure where my scripts were going to be delivered. Every time, Mary was ever so helpful, as was one of the Door Dashdrivers I spoke to. Being unable to get to the nominated Instant Scripts pharmacist, Mary enabled the scripts to be delivered to my home. Well done Mary and many thanks from me.

Excellent way to get medication to the bush. Usually takes a maximum of 3 days to come from Brisbane to Miles. Five star service.

The process of ordering and payment was easy but it took a while to arrive.

I would provide ZERO stars if I could, but 1 star is the lowest. Worst medicine delivery service possible. I have been waiting for 7 days for my medicine to be delivered now. They do not have a phone number to contact them on, and additionally they only respond to emails intermittently. I hope that other people don’t die waiting for their medication to be delivered. Don’t waste your time or money using them!
