I still haven’t received the vacuum hose so it’s hard to give an honest review. It was very easy to order, BUT no easy way to find out delivery dates without getting a separate App. Other companies are much more upfront about delivery expectations.

Genuine Miele hose was fairly priced and received with no problems. I will definitely use Evacuum Store again.

I took my Miele vacuum to be repaired as I had lost suction via the hose.No charge for a diagnosis via my local vacuum store but the hose replacement needed to be ordered and the price was going to be upwards of 85 dollars plus additional costs. I decided to see if I could find a replacement myself and went looking online. The evacuum store was totally new to me but I found the exact hose replacement at a much much lower price. The extra bonus was that the hose arrived in no time. It was exactly what I needed!

The product came quickly. Looked just as advertised. Good quality, and it fits perfectly into my preexisting vacuum.

I usually shop at the evacuumstore.com first for parts and supplies for my Electrolux vacuum cleaner. They often have sales and their replacement parts work well and are less expensive than the OEM .

Easy to order and regular updates on shipping.

Good company but over priced , the attachment wand was almost 70,00 and quote for vacuum power head was 40 percent higher than that and I could purchase on line elsewhere both items for 269.00, oh well live and learn to compare prices.

eVACUUM store review
I previously ordered parts for my NuTone vacuum from the Evacuumstore.com. When it came time to replace the NuTone vacuum that came with my house, my natural inclination was to order it from the Evacuum store. I spoke to the sales representative and told her exactly what I needed and they sent out a what I thought was a whole house vacuum The product appeared similar to the product I previously had. About two years later, I noticed the vacuum was starting to wear out and it finally wore out. My previous NuTone vacuum had last me about 20 years. I did some research and found the eVacuum store sent me a vacuum designed for GARAGE use only. I contacted the Evacuum store and told them of the problem. They said they could not provide any assistance to me. I tried to contact them again and again with no response to get some sort of adjustment and again no response back. I would never do business with eVACUUMstore. I recommend you do not do business with the eVacuum store, they will not honor any warranty, implied or otherwise.
