This company have been very good trying to sort my problem with smart charging. Sometimes it does sometimes times it does not. But unfortunately nothing has changed. I can charge my car, but just not smart charge, unless I stay up until 12.30am and put it on manually.. The only way I can deal with this is to try smart charging before its really needed, if it works great, if not I manually charge it the next evening. Its so sad, because when it works its great.
At the moment I cant seem to get a reply from ev energy, I think they are fed up with me. No reply twice in 2 months.
My emails to ev energy were going into their spam folder. So not their fault, that i didnt have a reply. I'm sorry that I gave the wrong impression.

I reported a fault with my charger. This was investigated and resolved quickly with good communication

I sent a request for help and had an immediate reply with helpful hints plus a note to say a more specific answer would also be sent when the team had looked more fully at the request.
The initial hints were reassuring and in keeping with some of my previous problem solving actions.
The fuller reply from a member of the team ( Chris K ,technical support agent 11 ) was really helpful and gave me a lot of insight into the company actions relating to my home charging. Thank you very much.

The app and after sales support are both fantastic. The app integrates well with my solar and battery system. I love the solar only charging meaning that I can really embrace fully green energy to charge my car.
App support when required is quick and easy to get in touch with the team.
All around I am super impressed.

The app is easy to use and self explanatory and keeps you up to date with live charging and costs it also recommends the best tariffs I would defo recommend.

I had a complication with the app and it was fixed promptly. The incentives are great and definitely promote the usage of EVs, and I think that's great for the environment.

Just prior to respond to their email, I received another email from them asking for an update. I was pleased to say the issue had been resolved and thanked them for following up my case prior to closing it.

I like the concept of encouraging people to charge during off peak hours and the cash incentive to participate.
I started on July 1st, and today
, August 26th, I have not received my sign up incentive, although I can see in the app that I have earned it.
I like having an app to monitor my use, but the app could be improved. I would like to be able to see my progress toward meeting my 80 % goal. There also appears to be a discrepancy between my charging stats on the app and those I see on my Tesla app.

App is simple to set up and works as intended most of the time. The only real issue is the communication with the car which can cause a delay in operation. However it provides a needed and useful functionality that my specific car model does not have so is very useful. The reward points are a nice bonus!

I provided clear instructions on how to reset home car charger and thus see charging and cost each time the vehicle is connected. Your colleague also removed two previous vehicles from the list which was causing some confusion on which vehicle should be connected.

ev.energy usually works very well to charge my car at home.
On the odd occasion when there has been a breakdown in contact with the charger staff have been exceptionally punctual and helpful in finding a resolution.
