Excellent service to resolve the problem I had. This concerned charging to only start at the time of lowest tariff charge.. I was not able to do this directly from the car app. So needed the help to set this from the charger . Excellent support from ev.energy to set this up.

The ev.energy app allows me to handle the charging of my EV very well. There was an issue not being able to delete a vehicle from the app when you changed car but that is now fixed, and I got an email from ev.energy to tell me that. The app links to my new KIA, including linking to the KIA app and I can see all my charging sessions in the ev.energy app including ones at external chargers. It links to my electricity supplier to check my tariff and knows when my cheap rate period is. When this was changed by the supplier it automatically changed in the app. Very well designed app and easy to use.

Not Good, app stopped updating with details of my charging to my All-Star charge pass. It's not a problem with my charger that's online and is working well. This means I can't get paid by my work for my electric charging of my car. All Star say I need to speak to Ev energy. Ev can't be bothered to respond to my emails. Would anyone like to bother responding to this review from EV energy and give me a telephone number so I can actually ring and speak to someone?? No point telling me to email EV that's what I have been doing and not had a response.

Emailed their customer “support” three times to simply take over the charger of a house I’ve moved to. Not one single response. Worst customer service I e experienced in my life.

I have used the EV Energy App since I purchased my first EV in May 2021. It is easy to use for my overnight charging as well as daytime Boost charging.
It also gives my stats for either the last 24 hrs, 1 month or 1 year which helps me keep track of my charging and costs.

EO charger migration to EV energy has been an absolute nightmare and every couple of weeks since September there is another problem. Both blame each other avoid both companies.

My problem regarding voucher collection was responded to immediately via auto response and then resolved within one hour.
I have previously had this issue but this time it was resolved much more quickly

I have an EO charger that has been working fine for about 2 years. Tried to connect my eo app to the charger to find out why the charging schedule wasn't working and discovered that ev.energy had taken over from EO. So installed their app and got connected to the charger ok. All seemed fine. Next morning the Car had not charged fully and the dash had a big propulsion system error message. Took it to the garage they plugged it in and reported that the charging system now has a lot of errors that probably relate to a blown input fuse! Tried to reach out to ev.energy got nothing but an automated "AI" response with nothing relevant and an invite to rate their service.
I have sent a screen shot that shows the app only charging for 1 hour despite being plugged in all night! I'm sure you can see that remotely but no explanation. Ready by 7am? not even close.

My Connecticut based US utility offers incentives if we buy an approved EV charger and allow ev.energy to control charging. Ev.Energy commits to a full charge by a set time.
My implementation had some idiosyncratic elements. My previous utility also used ev.energy to support their EV programs and having an inactive account at the old utility led to an awkward implementation at the new. My first level support, John, was committed and professional. I recommend him highly, but ultimately it took escalation, which took time, to get to resolution. That took longer than I'd like but I'm impatient
The intent of the product is great and after some hiccups it looks like we're headed to a good outcome. My 4 vs 5 score reflects the hiccups discussed above and the fact my cautious nature says I want some time to pass to complete full implementation and confirm all goes well.
