I want to thank Anne Sophie P from Eurosender. We made a wrong order of a pallet instead of boxes and she helped as to get a refund! We then were able to send our boxes with a bit of difficulties out of their control but Anne Sophie was always there to lend a hand. So thanks again for your efficiency and kindness!

I had scheduled my order to be delivered to a FedEx store in Portugal and picked up in the Netherlands. However, I messed up the dates for pick up making it impossible for me to actually go through with my order. Thankfully Hristijan, my customer service agent, went above and beyond to fix my own mistake. Hristijan not only rescheduled the date for pick up, he also made sure to satisfy my new desire for it to be picked up at my house in Portugal as well. All this was made within a few hours of back and forth emails with the best and most adjusted care for my needs. Excellent customer service experience. Thank you!

Don’t trust this company it’s a scam

My shipment from Argentina to Spain arrived without any problems. The whole process was simple and smooth. Ismail was absolutely helpful walking me through the initial steps while setting up the shipment order in their platform. I will rely on Eurosender again in the future.

I had to cancel an Order and a refund process was started. Daniels support was very helpful, friendly and immidiate.

Perfect fast response. In fact I am considering recommending that our company start using them - they had the lowest quote - AND fastest response time. The lady on the line was very pleasant and helped me from start to finish. The only one black mark was the horrendous audio at their end. The lady sounded like she was at a disco - not her fault of course but it made it difficult to hear her. Seems like they have a lot of people there taking calls. If they keep up this service and the audio improved... they will be very tough to beat. I am in talks now to discuss them doing our deliveries (I took a quote from our own courier to compare and the price was close to 40% more so I'm intrigued)

I ordered for a package to be picked up and delivered from Italy to Spain. I had to change the address and a phone number and customer service was very helpful and changed it without any issues or cost. When it was not picked up on the schecule day, I called customer service again and Anne-Sophie was very kind and sorted a new pickup for the next day. They speak great English, they're very kind and it is a very smooth resolution process.

QUICK RESPONSE AND SOLUTION WITH A PROBLEM I FACED DURING SENDING A PARCEL TO GERMANY.

I had eight large boxes delivered from Denmark to Italy in 72 hours. The tracking was transparent as well as the expected delivery slot (FedEx).
Thought I'd leave a great review, since one gets mainly to read about complaints!

Excellent service from Milica at Eurosender. I had a billing dispute over a courier's weight/dimension discrepancy on my shipment, and from the very first message she was clear, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to properly explain how the billable weight was calculated, reviewed all the evidence I provided without pushing back unnecessarily, and followed up diligently with the courier until the dispute was resolved in my favor. It's rare to get this level of attentiveness and follow-through in customer service, she clearly cares about getting things right for the customer, not just closing tickets quickly. Highly recommend Eurosender, and especially Milica's support. Great, attentive customer service! Thank you, Milica!

While moving abroad, I sent some items via Eurosender to my new address in another country. A week later, I see the tracking kept being delayed due to "incorrect address". I contacted them, provided additional info and they assured me it's all fine now. 7 days later, same thing and I realize this is weird. Two more emails to customer service and they claim my address is incorrect (despite me literally living on this address) and that no reimbursement can be offered because it's my fault?! To this day, I still don't have my items.
