Paid for a pick up and delivery that never materialised as the currier didn’t carry it out during a period of several days, even though I spoke to customer service several times per day to ensure they have all the details possible. Eurosender doesn’t not guarantee or can enforce the service bought. Would not recommend.

However, Daniel from customer service was nothing short of fantastic - helpful, kind, and determined. He deserves to be praised for his work as he had done all he could to help. Thank you, Daniel!

Excellent service. FedEx picked up my 25 kg package only 1.5 hours after booking through Eurosender, and it was delivered from Denmark to Kiel, Germany in about 18 hours. Fast, smooth, and reliable experience. Highly satisfied.

At first, I was a little hesitant to use Eurosender, but now I can definitely recommend them. The service was fast, and the price was much more affordable than booking directly with the usual major shipping companies. The best part is that Eurosender still works with well-known carriers, but at a better price, and you don’t have to deal with the shipping company directly Eurosender Customer Service handles everything for you.

In my case, my shipment could not be picked up the first time due to an issue at the pickup location. However, Hristian from Customer Service was extremely helpful and quickly arranged a new pickup for me. My shipment was collected the next day, transported by air, and successfully delivered to me.

I was honestly so happy with the whole experience that I actually sat down and wrote this long review because I genuinely wanted to share it. 😊

Sending treasured possessions overseas can be a problem, but Eurosend , in particular Hristian, who was always available to assist, took care of all my concerns.

Very helpful and prompt in resolving the issue.

Fantastic and super-fast service; everything was in order

Up to now, price, usability and quality of platform is good. The support is what makes them stand out. People like Ismail, Anna, Milica, Ena, if there is an issue they are fast responding and helpful. Unlike many other platforms where a stupid AI agents respond with no helpful info.

The only issue is the collection with some companies in small villages of Portugal is not always what to expect. This is why the support of the platform is so important.

I have to cancel my order due to the fact that the sender was unable to ship perfumes being inflammable liquids and therefore applied for a refund. The process was smooth and Alexandra was very kind and efficient in assisting with the refund process. I will use the service again, alas for different products this time.

More or less good, reliable. They help, answer questions. Pricing is good, not the best on the market but close to. Or even "justified" , because of the good customer service.
They primarily serve as a frontend for a FedEx in a country I reside but they do negotiations with them if needed, solve billing issues.

Can't say all that good about FedEx but with Eurosender customer service it is working much better.

Had experience with GLS and FedEx carriers from Eurosender. They sometimes miss deliveries but service reappoints them upon request and they do read messages not diagonally.

Not sure how do they compensate parcel loss and etc, but had not experienced that with them.

For the growth it would be better to have partnerships with other shipping companies and to offer cheaper shipping to USA (there are options)

Booked the shipping of large package. They changed it into a palette shipping and forwarded to wrong shipping address to the freight company.
When I called to tell them I don’t have a palette to strap the package onto and the address was wrong, they said they couldn’t offer shipment for a package that size. I told them to cancel.
They cancelled too late and now I am supposed to pay a fee for “a wasted journey” (although I paid extra for flexible changes), because they cancelled too late for me and I couldn’t prove that I had cancelled on the phone like any normal person would record a phone call?! Also no one even tried to pick up the package and thus was denied pick-up.

Ridiculous. Never again.

This company is BULLSHIT. Had a vehicle shipped and when the courier was supposed to deliver it they came up with a BULLSHIT story about the courier being pulled over by police and somehow the vehicle that got cleared thru customs and border patrol had DRUGS in it??? How?? This vehicle was BRAND NEW off the lot. How the hell did drugs get in it? They then proceeded to charge me to get the vehicle cleared from Federal police custody. Another $9000 on top of the original $13,800! I paid the unexpected clearance fee and haven't heard anything else from this company! It has been a month of me sending them messages with NO REPLY. I am going to look into a lawsuit! FRAUDULENT AND SCAMMERS!

I want to thank Anne Sophie P from Eurosender. We made a wrong order of a pallet instead of boxes and she helped as to get a refund! We then were able to send our boxes with a bit of difficulties out of their control but Anne Sophie was always there to lend a hand. So thanks again for your efficiency and kindness!
