My only complaint is that the collection was delayed by one working day without any prior notice, and the courier did not arrive at the scheduled time. Everything else was excellent, the prices are reasonable, particularly the customer support supervisor, Ismail, who responded promptly and handled the matter appropriately.

Since Eurosender continues to provide robotic rejections and refuses to accept my verified bank statements and digital receipts, I have officially filed a formal dispute with the European Consumer Centre (ECC Spain). I have submitted all evidence of their negligence and their refusal to honor the insurance policy for personal effects. I will no longer waste time with their automated support and will wait for the ECC to mediate this legal matter. If you are a private individual, be warned: their 'insurance' is a facade that they avoid paying by demanding impossible commercial invoices for personal gifts."

Despite their generic rejection, I have now provided verified bank statements and digital receipts as they requested. If they continue to ignore this secondary proof, I will be taking this case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for a legal resolution.
Review Update:
Eurosender is using "Prohibited items" and "T&Cs" as a shield to avoid liability for a parcel that was lost while in THEIR courier’s possession.
Acceptance of Risk: If prescription medicines were prohibited, why did SEUR accept the parcel at pickup? By accepting the parcel and providing tracking, you assumed responsibility for its safe delivery. You cannot claim "prohibited items" only AFTER you lose them.
Personal Effects: Demanding a "Commercial VAT Invoice" for personal gifts and household items sent from a family home in Bangladesh is a deliberate tactic to deny claims to private individuals. International shipping law for "Personal Effects" recognizes alternative proof (photos, declarations, prescriptions), all of which I have provided.
Duty of Care: Whether an item is "prohibited" or not, the courier lost the ENTIRE box. This is gross negligence. Using technicalities to ignore a customer's total financial and emotional loss is a sign of bad faith.
I will be escalating this matter to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) and the Spanish Ministry of Consumer Affairs for a formal investigation into your refusal to cover personal non-commercial shipments.
I am extremely disappointed with Eurosender. They lost my parcel containing essential prescription medicines and personal clothing. Even though their courier (SEUR) confirmed they picked up the parcel and then lost it, Eurosender is refusing to process my claim.
They are demanding "Commercial VAT Invoices" for personal gifts and used items, which is impossible to provide for a private shipment of personal effects. I have provided photos, doctor's prescriptions, and a detailed list, but they simply ignore it to avoid paying compensation.
This is a clear violation of consumer rights. They take your money for shipping and insurance but leave you helpless when they lose your goods. My Ticket Reference is 6264670. I warn everyone: do not trust them with personal shipments!

I paid for 40 kilos, and my package weighted 37 kilos
Now almost 1 month after the package was sent, they are charging me 110 euro for 78 kg in extra weight, which is a redicilous lie, as i weighted my package before i ordered. And i would not had been able to lift the pakage if i weighted aroumd 120 kg, which would be the total weight when theyre charging for 78 kg in additionel weight

I have supplied the wrong email which was the receiver email and they were able to track my parcel and provide me with the order number and tracking number. I made an order of 12 box each 20 kg to be picked up from Portugal to Denmark.i was given a date to be picked up where it was stated pickup time from 9-18. But around 14 o clock i got email that my address was wrong. I called them and said that the address is correct. I got to know eurosender are just agent so they give order to dpd to pick up when i talked to dpd they said there is no order from eurosender. This way i waited for few day. Eurosender told me there will be pickup but never happned. This type of pick up message came 4 times but nobody shown up. I told eurosender that its been late so can you change dpd to ups so that collection can be done soon instead they asked me more 135 extra euro while i already paid 545 euro already. They were not ready that was their duty to deliver the parcel so i cancelled and asked refund. Instead they told everytime cancelling willmake me get only 80 percent of what i paid. I dont like the way i was treated so i said i will take 80% but will nor take your service and again they told it may take 1 month to get money. May be they believed that i will continue with them but i was not happy at all so even it may took more time i will not be part of their service again.then i find nearest delivery agent where i was charged affordable price for all delivery. I was not wise enough why did i only focus on euro sender.the people working in phone service are good but they don't have any authority so there is reason to call. They used to be good and affordable but now its not anymore.

I hired Eurosender to ship 4 boxes with personal belongings including two monitors, a PC tower, an air fryer, a hard drive, and other items from Spain to the Netherlands. I also paid for their insurance.
When the boxes arrived, they were in terrible condition, visibly reconstructed with extra cardboard. Multiple items were broken beyond repair.
When I filed a claim, Eurosender rejected it citing "inadequate packaging", despite the fact that I paid for insurance specifically to cover this kind of damage. The packaging excuse is a standard way to avoid paying legitimate claims.
The insurance they sell is effectively useless. If damage occurs, they will find a reason not to pay.
If you are moving valuable or fragile items, do not use Eurosender. The savings are not worth the risk of losing your belongings with no compensation.
