I wanted to ship gold watch and called costumer service to ask will shipping be provided by DHL. Their agent said most probably exspress delivery will be made by DHL in Croatia and then advised me to book shipping and in case of another service provider I can easily cancel shipping and get full refund.
Long story short, it was DHL but Eurosender in the list of prohibited items have gold watch and they informed me shipping can't be made and refund doesn't include shippping insurance I've payed. Also they have 30 days for refunding rest of payment.
1. Next day I went to DHL and shipped watch with insurance normally
2. Refund takes up to 30 days and you won't get insurance money back in any case if you cancel.
3. When you get advised by their agent double check it because they won't advise you good.
4. MOST IMPORTANT, before shipping check prohibited items by opening each collumns to see in details all items prohibited. Basicaly everything is prohibited and out of their responsibility in case something happens to your package. DOUBLE check all in details, they will take 40€-50€ easily, but piece of paper is what they can really insure.
In conclusion companies they cooperate with have much more flexibility so it makes no sense to cooperate with Eurosender.

My parcel was never collected after more than a week waiting and several attemps to reschedule. It feels like no one cares. And when I asked to be reimbursed, they said they would but will charge me 20% for the courier (who never came!). Unacceptable.

They were affordable and helpful in a disputed charge with FedEx. Milica was great, she helped me through the multiple month process of dispute.
My largest gripe is that the additional charges were reported to me weeks aver the delivery -- making it less likely for the customer to still have the sealed box to weigh and measure.

Affordable delivery with tracking in EU. They collect the parcel from your address, so you just have to pack your items in a box. I got a swift and kind support from Laura F, a member of the support team.
