First time using eurloo and it was dire service. The loo grew more and more disgusting as time went on and we did contact them several times to inquire on cleaning. When our client started to notice the smell we requested the loo be collected. The driver/cleaner admitted he had not cleaned the loo once in the past four weeks. Disgraceful service. We will not be using euroloo again and I suggest you don't either. We replaced the euroloo with a loo from fastloo as we have heard good things about them from other teams. Had the fastloo for the last six weeks and Dave appears with a smile every Monday to fully clean and service the loo, he even leaves us a scented air freshener. It would seem a nationwide company such as euroloo has a lot to learn from the small local company that is fastloo.

Not at all surprised to read your attempts to cover up your shoddy service with lies. Having spoken with other teams it would seem your appalling service and lack of servicing on the loos is common knowledge in the area. If we had known this in the first place we would not have bothered with you at all. I wish you good day 👋

Wc turned up 2 days late, asked company to phone ahead to confirm position as we were not onsite as it was two days later than it should have been- didn’t phone ahead.

For me it is clear : Stay away from that company as the service is so bad that it is just good enough to pester your neighbours. The toilet we ordered got cleaned just once in 4 weeks, despite calling them several times weekly. Their main business is to provide clean toilets and they fail on it badly.

I have provided you with further details via Trustpilot.
We spoke as well with a member of your staff again today and were told it was cleaned every week, which is a lie and a disgrace for every company who needs to do this.
Of course you see if a toilet was cleaned, or if it is still stinking and disgusting like in our case plus we have surveillance cameras active and where on the building site.
We have terminated the contract now so let's see how long we - and unfortunately our neighbours - have to live with this disgusting box.
Update2:
Thank you for the fast pickup of the toilet, at least this worked well and within one day. I wish I would have written a review here, then everything might have worked at least and the toilet would have been cleaned once a week. A pity though. Lets see how the refund will be processed and maybe we have just been very unlucky with the service in Leeds.

I wanted to email euroloo direct with this complaint but conveniently they don’t have that facility. We are on our 8th week of hiring a loo for our workmen on our house and it has been serviced once in this time, it is circulating human faeces through the flush. Contacted them in regards of not keeping up with their so called free weekly service every time and been promised it will be priority, today was again another no show, but they’ve taken their hire money today, they didn’t forget that. Disgusting after care and would not recommend them.
