Euroloo are unresponsive and never pick up the phone when you are trying to get them to service or collect their loo from our property. When you finally get through to someone they make commitments that they do not keep. It's been three weeks and we are still waiting for them to collect it.

Coming up to three weeks ago I asked for the Euroloo to be collected from my driveway and it is STILL there. After they missed the first week I called and called and they finally (never answer the phone!) PROMISED it would be collected last Tuesday. Yet again it is not collected. What do I need to do to get rid of this stinking germ infested plastic box on my driveway???

We hired toilet units for our site, but the service provided was completely unacceptable. The units were left uncleaned for long stretches, resulting in unbearable smells and severe hygiene hazards that made them unusable for our team.

Despite multiple calls, messages, and formal complaints chasing up missed cleaning appointments, the company repeatedly failed to turn up when scheduled. Even after requesting an immediate off-hire due to the dreadful conditions, the delays only continued. It took nearly a week after our initial complaint just to get the units cleaned prior to removal. We were then promised a next-day collection that never happened.

It has now been several days since the promised collection date, our follow-up emails are being ignored, and the foul-smelling units remain stuck on our site.

How can I rate Euroloo?
Really good at booking , taking your money and delivering.

Started off good with servicing with good drivers.
Then changed the service date without notice and then just didn’t turn up again to clean.

Want it removed? Forget it.
Fobbed off, lied to and was told “let’s move on.”

Still have a dirty loo on site on a job that’s been finished for 3 weeks and left clients unable to park on their drive.

We hired a portable toilet from Euroloo with the expectation that it would be serviced weekly, as agreed. Unfortunately, their scheduled service team failed to attend on the agreed day, leaving the unit uncleaned.

As a result, the toilet became full, with a strong sewage smell, making it unpleasant and unsuitable for use. This is not only unacceptable but also creates a health and safety concern.

When I contacted Euroloo, I was told that the next scheduled clean would not be until Thursday, despite explaining the condition of the unit. Waiting several more days for a service in these circumstances is simply not acceptable.

We expected a reliable service, particularly where hygiene and public health are concerned, but the response to this issue has been extremely disappointing.

I hope Euroloo takes this feedback seriously and improves both its service reliability and customer support. Based on our experience, I would struggle to recommend them.

Easy to work with, helpful team and quick reponse time

Toilets arrived on time as asked ,driver was Amazing friendly and helpful and efficient, the toilets where spotless.. very clean

It was emptied ok but the water refill did not even cover the filter and it will evaporate in a week .

Only complaint was our works were starting on Easter monday, but no deliveries on the Good Friday/Sat/sun/mon so in order to have the loo ready for start date we had to get it dropped off on the Thursday. Hence here four days before it was needed. Other than that, great service.

We have had sadly very poor experience with euroloo lately. We have been calling repeatedly for them to clean the mobile toilet we hired to no avail. The whole neighbourhood is smelling. This can’t be right at all. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment.

Very bad service. Wating for still collect ion .no one come even service as well 3 week gone. Da16 2qw. Naver recomend.
I dont know how the run business

Trying to get the toilets collected for over a week now. They stink and the venue we used are livid. I would never use euroloo again, constantly being fobbed off and calls not returned. Was told they would collect yesterday even sent a what 3 words to ensure the correct location. Disgusting service.

I would not recommend Euroloos based on my experience.

Euroloo booked 3 off-hire dates, and failed to collect twice. Today, despite repeated assurances that it would be collected today, it was not. I was told I would receive a call with a collection time, but no one contacted me.

To facilitate collection, I unlocked the gate at 9:00 a.m. and kept my phone available all day. I also checked the site several times throughout the day, and the toilet remained there. I called the company four times on two different numbers. Each time I received a recorded message saying my call had been logged and someone would call me back. No one ever did.

The most disappointing part was the complete lack of communication. If there had been an unavoidable delay, a simple phone call or email would have been appreciated. Instead, I spent an entire day waiting for a collection that never happened.

Leaving the toilet on a public field also created unnecessary problems. It attracted rough sleepers, and there was even an incident where the surrounding grass was set on fire.

Good customer service is about keeping customers informed and honouring commitments. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Euroloos.
