Cheaters
I review several books for this company, then they switched from messenger to whats app. Its almost impossible to review now. They have owed me money for a while and am not being paid. I am done with them. If you a good book reviewer like me don't start with them.
Things were going fine with this app…
Things were going fine with this app after using it for a couple of weeks and last week they asked me to verify my account which I have already did. 6 days on and countless of emails to customer support I still haven’t had my £9.50 cash out to my PayPal account yet. They keep ignoring me. I think you should be reported to trading standards misleading their users and not cashing out. I’m not very happy wasting hours on this app and receiving nothing in return for my time. I will delete this app and tell others to as well if I don’t hear back about what’s owed to me.
As soon as I reached around £35 in cash-outs the vouchers stopped coming despite loads of emails & screenshots detailing the problem. Only automated responses recieved
As soon as I reached around £35 cashouts
Suddenly requests id on 2nd cashout
At the beginning, I had a very positive experience with them, although earning enough to withdraw, was extremely slow (took about 3-5 days @ about 30 mins each day) However, once I made it to the minimum withdrawal, which was five dollars I was very excited. I proceeded to cash out through PayPal before and you get my money was in my account within five minutes however, the second time I tried cashing out, came much faster to my surprise once I clicked cash out with Paypal it suddenly wanted my id and a picture. I didn’t quite feel comfortable, giving them that much information over a few dollars after That I no longer use them.

Great surveys but I kept on getting to many surveys rejected which is impossible as all the answers about myself are still the same.
What makes things worse you finish or close to the end of a survey and it gets closed or screened out. Haven’t had my latest cash outs processed and still waiting to hear from CS.
Not worth your time.
dangerous
makes you verify your name and number, all very normal. however, it says that an id scan is only recommended to prove you are who you say you are, but when you go to cash out, it says it’s required. no company needs access to my government id to send me five dollars. stay away!
Eureka Surveys presents itself as a…
Eureka Surveys presents itself as a reliable, trustworthy platform and an easy way to earn a little extra money—or so it seems. Since signing up, I’ve earned a total of $43.22, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a single payout.
My first cash-out request dates back to 12/25, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I’ve gotten nowhere. Customer support is essentially nonexistent—they never respond. I’ve completed every step they’ve asked for, including verifying my account in the app and confirming my identity through the “cash out processing” email link. This included submitting my government ID and a live selfie, all successfully.
Even after doing everything required on my end, I still haven’t received my money or any response to my emails. At this point, it’s beyond frustrating.
I strongly recommend staying away from this platform.

You can not meet the $5 threshold on this app...What a joke! I have yet to qualify for a survey. With 1 cent daily poll and checkins it would take you forever to reach the threshold. Don't waste your time...I am deleting the app.
I would have given 0 stars if possible
I would have given 0 stars if possible! I requested my first payout and have received nothing. It is showing on the site as a payment made to paypal, but never received. I have emailed them FOUR times, never had an answer. Have given up now and will stick to survey sites that actually pay out
don’t waste your time
Don’t bother paying you out and ignore emails about this
Scam I never received cashout
Worst survey app so far
Worst survey app so far. They pay nothing and wait very late to disqualify you.
I should give them 0 stars as they are…
I should give them 0 stars as they are not responsive to anything like emails and not giving the payouts at all. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME! IT IS A SCAM!
The best of the best
The best app. Lo mejor para ganar dinero, es una pagina única y te pagan de inmediato, adoro esta compañía ❤️❤️❤️
This has been, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had with survey platforms. There’s simply no comparison. It’s incredible in every way. I truly hope it continues like this for a long time. It’s very hard to find a website on the entire internet that offers such a complete experience: fun games, engaging activities, and best of all, a fast and reliable payment system.
They say you can quickly make money but…
They say you can quickly make money but the surveys offer pennies so it takes forever to claim anything. They also don't have nowhere on the site to message for issues. There's a lot of crummy survey sites found online and Eureka is up there. Don't bother. Try Branded Surveys or Survey Junkie instead!

At first you do make a few bucks bit nlt from doing their surveys. For example, 1.54 survey will close znd all others even when it says higher payout only pay .02
Also you will make about 10.00 with farmville 2 but then, even thoigh it says more payouts, you will nog get your rewards..
Customer service is nothing more than a runaround congame. They will throw the blame on everyone emse but themselves.
It so much good I love it 😍😍😍
They won’t let me cash out / scam
It’s a waste of time. They pay you very little for surveys. They tell you surveys take 3 minutes and the surveys take 3 times longer. I just got a notification a survey was rejected from 49 days ago. 49 days? Now they won’t allow me to cash out $30 that they owe me because they can’t verify my identity. I’m going to spend the day reporting them and giving them bad reviews everywhere I can so other people don’t get scammed like I did.
